Atmer™ 1013 NV by Cargill is an internal anti-static additive and processing aid. It can be dispersed evenly through the polymer in the melt phase. It migrates to the surface of the polymer where it interacts with atmospheric moisture, reducing surface resistivity and allowing dissipation of static charge.
  • It gives uniform cell size distribution in expanded polyethylene.
  • It offers reduced dust contamination & handling problems and improved demolding.
  • It is suitable for polyolefins (PE, PP), flexible PVC and ethylene vinylacetate (EVA).
  • Atmer™ 1013 NV is used in caps & closures, film applications.
  • The recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.6% in injection molding and 1.2-1.5% in EPE applications.
  • It has a shelf life of 1 year.
