Atmer™ 7325 by Cargill acts as an anti-static agent. It is 30% concentrate of combination of additives in a universal polyolefin carrier. Using a concentrate allows for better dispersion and overcomes complications encountered when using additives in their normal physical forms.
- It allows the additives to migrate to the surface of the polymer where they interact with atmospheric moisture, reducing surface resistivity and allowing dissipation of static charge.
- It provides effective dosing of additives, better distribution of additives in base polymer, reduction of fuming/ smoking in processing.
- Recommended dosage level is 0.5-1% in injection molding and sheet extrusion.
- It is suitable for PE and PP applications.
- It has a shelf life of 730 days.
