It is suitable for cell nucleation in structural foam processing. ColorMatrix™ Excelite™ Foam PP is used at 0.12-0.5% concentration and allows food contact. ColorMatrix™ Excelite™ FA-110 by Avient is an endothermic chemical foaming agent, which causes gas to evolve under thermal decomposition.
