Cesa™ MAX by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a series of non-halogenated flame retardant (FR) additives that contain bromine or chlorine. They can improve FR performance in end-use products to help meet increasingly strict product safety regulations in polyethylene (PE) applications. They are especially useful for applications where limiting excessive smoke and fumes are primary requirements. They meet UL94 V0-V1-V2, 5VA, and 5VB compliance standards. They can provide significantly lower heat release rates over time compared to conventional flame retardants, potentially limiting fire spread and damage. Cesa™ MAX are used in building & construction, consumer goods, appliances, transportation, or electronics industries. CESA™ Fiber Additives by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) include UV stabilizers, flame retardants, optical brighteners, antimicrobials, antioxidants, anti-static, heat preservation additives, and chain extenders for synthetic fibers. Stain-resistant additive concentrates are the latest addition to its portfolio. They are designed for spun-dyed polyester, polypropylene and polyamide. They provide excellent spinnability and can be combined with colors into a single masterbatch for convenience.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Anti-stain concentrates are formulated without fluorine-based raw materials and can prevent soils from setting in polyester fibers, enabling easy stain removal with common cleaners like wipes, sprays, or steamers.</li>
<li>Antimicrobial additive concentrates (organic or inorganic) help protect textiles from stains and odors caused by microbial growth and are used in apparel, sportswear, household furnishings and carpets.</li>
<li>Chain extenders provide smoother and more stable processing of recycled PET into fibers, which are used in clothing, automotive textiles and home textiles.
<li>Fiber-specific flame-retardant systems are used in automotive textiles, home and office furnishings, clothing and carpeting.</li>
<li>Heat preservation additives are suitable for clothing, home textiles and technical fabrics.</li>
<li>Light stabilizer systems are recommended for carpeting, upholstery, automotive textiles, artificial turf, sun protection textiles, tents, sun loungers and garden furniture textiles.</li>
<li>CESA™ Fiber Additives also consist of concentrates that impart immediate soft touch effect to PP, PES, PA and PLA fibers resist regular washing and are suitable for hygiene articles, clothing, home textiles and carpets.</li>
<li>Hydrophobic additive concentrates offer fast and durable water repellency and IPA repellency grade 6 to PP nonwovens, which are used in roofing underlay, cable wrapping, geotextiles, surgical gowns and drapes, sterile tray wraps, hospital bed sheets, curtains and various filtration applications.</li></ul> Cesa™ Non-PFAS Low Retention Additives by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) are hydrophobicity enhancing agents. They enhance hydrophobicity in injection-molded polypropylene components, delivering high-performance water, solvent, and lab solution repellency. They are manufactured without intentionally added per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS)-based or fluorinated raw materials.<br>

It is a highly loaded masterbatch that replaces carbon black to make black packaging detectable during the recycling process. Designed for use in agricultural and other thermal films. The dark colored plastics are visible to the near-infrared (NIR) sensors used in automated polymer sorting systems. Exhibits very good processability, high coloration strength and dispersion quality. It allows the penetration of short-wave IR radiation coming from solar rays and prevents the emission of longer-wave IR radiation. It also allows greenhouses to maintain an adequate temperature, even at night. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. CESA™ IR PP94000706 maintains transparency, increases heat retention and supports plant growth. CESA™ nox4201 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is an antioxidant masterbatch containing effective active substance in PP carrier. It is based on a combination of antioxidant for long-term heat protection of polypropylene caused by severe outdoor and/or heat exposure. It is formulated to combat thermo-oxidative decomposition at every stage of the plastic life cycle, from manufacturing, drying and processing through end use. CESA™ nox4201 helps to maintain shine and transparency, and prevent yellowing, surface cracking and odors. They can also help to preserve critical mechanical properties such as impact resistance, elongation and tensile strength. It is highly recommended for PP recycling, injection molding and extrusion. Used in making pipes. The dosage level of the grade is 1-5 %. CESA™ IR PE94000789 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a polypropylene (PP) grade used in agricultural and other thermal films. It is a highly loaded masterbatch that replaces carbon black to make black packaging detectable during the recycling process. The dark colored plastics are visible to the near-infrared (NIR) sensors used in automated polymer sorting systems. It allows the penetration of short-wave IR radiation coming from solar rays and prevents the emission of longer-wave IR radiation. It is suitable for processing by film extrusion. Exhibits very good processability, high coloration strength and dispersion quality. CESA™ IR PE94000789 maintains transparency, increases heat retention and supports plant growth. It also allows greenhouses to maintain an adequate temperature, even at night. CESA™ light 7102 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is hindered amine-based UV light stabilizer masterbatch containing effective active substance in PE carrier. It absorbs harmful UV radiation, dissipating it as harmless thermal energy. It is basically acts as radical interceptor, effectively inhibiting polymer degradation. Significant stabilization levels can be achieved at relatively low concentrations, regardless of wall thickness. It is believed that it converts nitro-oxyl free-radicals under photo-oxidative conditions and may also cause the deactivation of carbonyl groups. It is highly recommended for PE stretch films and injection molding and also recommended for injection extrusion. Typical applications include food-, drug- and personal care product packaging as well as agricultural films, construction materials, lawn and garden equipment. CESA™ light 7102 has dosage level is 0.75-2.0%. Cesa™ Nox A4R additives by Avient is polyolefin antioxidant for enhanced recycling. It is designed to improve the customer experience of working with post-consumer recycled (PCR) content. It protects post-consumer polyolefins against oxidation, which can lead to defects like black spots and gels. It provides improved stability against oxygen degradation and discoloration. The antioxidant can be added to PCR content early in the recycling process or incorporated in virgin resin to prepare it for future recycling. It shows excellent performance at low dosage levels. Cesa™ Nox A4R additives is suitable for use in packaging, automotive parts and consumer goods. CESA™ IR PE94000785 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. It is a highly loaded masterbatch that replaces carbon black to make black packaging detectable during the recycling process. The dark colored plastics are visible to the near-infrared (NIR) sensors used in automated polymer sorting systems. It is suitable for processing by extrusion blow molding. Exhibits very good processability, high coloration strength and dispersion quality. Used in agricultural and other thermal films. It allows the penetration of short-wave IR radiation coming from solar rays and prevents the emission of longer-wave IR radiation. It maintains transparency, increases heat retention and supports plant growth. CESA™ IR PE94000785 also allows greenhouses to maintain an adequate temperature, even at night.
