Cesa™ MAX

Cesa™ MAX by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a series of non-halogenated flame retardant (FR) additives that contain bromine or chlorine. They can improve FR performance in end-use products to help meet increasingly strict product safety regulations in polyethylene (PE) applications. They are especially useful for applications where limiting excessive smoke and fumes are primary requirements. They meet UL94 V0-V1-V2, 5VA, and 5VB compliance standards. They can provide significantly lower heat release rates over time compared to conventional flame retardants, potentially limiting fire spread and damage. Cesa™ MAX are used in building & construction, consumer goods, appliances, transportation, or electronics industries.
