CESA™ light 7102

CESA™ light 7102 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is hindered amine-based UV light stabilizer masterbatch containing effective active substance in PE carrier. It absorbs harmful UV radiation, dissipating it as harmless thermal energy. It is basically acts as radical interceptor, effectively inhibiting polymer degradation. Significant stabilization levels can be achieved at relatively low concentrations, regardless of wall thickness. It is believed that it converts nitro-oxyl free-radicals under photo-oxidative conditions and may also cause the deactivation of carbonyl groups. It is highly recommended for PE stretch films and injection molding and also recommended for injection extrusion. Typical applications include food-, drug- and personal care product packaging as well as agricultural films, construction materials, lawn and garden equipment. CESA™ light 7102 has dosage level is 0.75-2.0%.
