CESA™ nox4201

CESA™ nox4201 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is an antioxidant masterbatch containing effective active substance in PP carrier. It is based on a combination of antioxidant for long-term heat protection of polypropylene caused by severe outdoor and/or heat exposure. It is formulated to combat thermo-oxidative decomposition at every stage of the plastic life cycle, from manufacturing, drying and processing through end use. CESA™ nox4201 helps to maintain shine and transparency, and prevent yellowing, surface cracking and odors. They can also help to preserve critical mechanical properties such as impact resistance, elongation and tensile strength. It is highly recommended for PP recycling, injection molding and extrusion. Used in making pipes. The dosage level of the grade is 1-5 %.
