Akrosperse® MCS-75/NBR by Akrochem is a polymeric dispersion of magnesium carbonate treated with sulfur in the acrylonitrile-butadiene polymer in slab form. It is a masterbatch and permits the addition of sulfur to nitrile polymer on a mil. Akrosperse® MCS-75/NBR is also utilized in internal mixing to improve dispersion property. It is easy to handle polymer-bound dispersion providing better uniformity of mix at low temperature, upgrade plant safety and quality.
