Akrosperse® DCBS-75/EPR/S

Akrosperse® DCBS-75/EPR/S by Akrochem is a polymeric chemical dispersion of N, N-dicyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide. It is a sulfenamide accelerator with onset delayed of a cure for application where long flow time is required. It is easy to handle and provides better uniformity of mix at low temperatures, upgrades plant safety and quality. This masterbatch contains EPR as a binder. Akrosperse® DCBS-75/EPR/S is suitable for natural-, synthetic polyisoprene-, polybutadiene-, styrene-butadiene and nitrile rubber goods subjected to high dynamic stress. This DCSB accelerator is recommended for compression and transfer molding.
