Akrosperse® TMTD-75/NBR/S by Akrochem is a polymeric dispersion of tetramethyl thiuram disulfide. It is a non-discoloring, non-staining very active thiuram accelerator. It shows better uniformity of the mix at lowering processing temperature. It acts as a retarder in polychloroprene. It offers 13% of its active weight as sulfur in sulfur-donor curing. This masterbatch contains NBR as a binder. It is easy to handle polymer-bound dispersion providing better uniformity of mix at low temperature, upgrade plant safety and quality. Akrosperse® TMTD-75/NBR/S is recommended as a powerful secondary accelerator for natural- and synthetic rubber.
