Akrosperse® VS-50/EPR/S-B

Akrosperse® VS-50/EPR/S-B by Akrochemis a sulfur curable elastomer dispersion in the rubber matrix. It is a non-staining, non-blooming accelerator for the EPDM compound. This masterbatch contains EPR as a binder. It provides good processing safety and medium-fast curing property. In conjunction with secondary acceleration, it offers a high degree of cross-linking and acceleration. It is easy to handle polymer-bound dispersion providing better uniformity of mix at low temperature, upgrade plant safety and quality. The physical properties of vulcanizates are comparable to those obtained with blooming ultra-accelerator combinations. Recommended level of Akrosperse® VS-50/EPR/S-B in typical loading is 2-4 phr, highly loading is up to 5 phr, sulfur is 1 phr, VS-50 is 4 phr, BBTS is 2 phr and TM/ETD is 1 phr.
