ACRYLITE® SunResist ZS61 Polymer by Roehm is an impact-modified, amorphous polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) grade. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and co-extrusion. Exhibits high heat-, weather-, scratch-, chemical-, abrasion and stress cracking resistance. It offers enhanced UV light absorption, good melt flow rate, and low lubricant levels. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It forms an ultra‑thin co‑extruded protective layer that blocks harmful UV light up to 400 nm, helping preserve color and surface integrity and reducing fading and degradation over time. </li>

It shows excellent weather resistance, high light transmission, high mechanical strength, high surface hardness and mar resistance. It exhibits good melt flow rate and versatile colorability due to crystal clarity. It possesses medium heat resistance, high melt flow rate, UV light transmitting and medium levels of lubricant. ACRYLITE® H12 polymer is used for injection molding and extrusion of optical and technical parts. Recommended for extruded rods, tubes and profiles, light guides, pipes, cutting boards, medical and electronic instrument lenses, medical analysis devices and point-of purchase displays. ACRYLITE® Hi-Gloss NTA-1 polymer by Roehm is an opaque, amorphous and impact-modified thermoplastic molding and extrusion compound based on polymethyl methacrylate. It shows excellent resistance to weather, heat, impact and stress cracking. It exhibits good melt flow rate, good polishability, high melt strength and increased impact/break resistance and strength. ACRYLITE® Hi-Gloss NTA-1 polymer is suitable for processing by injection molding and extusion. Recommended for automotive surface parts such as exterior pillars, mirror housings, pillar panels, spoiler, two-shot structural protection applications where acrylic is applied over other non-weatherable polymers, emblems and interior trim; housings for consumer products. ACRYLITE® LED 8N LD96 by Roehm is an acrylic (PMMA) based thermoplastic compound.
It exhibits excellent weather resistance, UV stability, good flow and high mechanical strength. It is suitable for extrusion and injection molding. It is developed for edge lit LED applications. ACRYLITE® LED 8N LD96 is suitable for BLU (back lighting) for LCD-displays, illuminated free form panels, ambient lighting, illuminated handle bars and switches. ACRYLITE® LED 8N LD48 by Roehm is an acrylic (PMMA) based thermoplastic compound.
It shows excellent weather resistance, UV stability, good flow and high mechanical strength. It is developed for edge lit LED applications. It is suitable for extrusion and injection molding. ACRYLITE® Satinice ZD 23 polymer improves resistance to stress cracking and exhibits good melt flow rate and easy to color. It shows high impact/break resistance and strength, medium melt flow rate and high heat resistance. It is suitable for injection molded light covers requiring filament hiding capabilities, fountain pens, appliance housings, appliance lenses and housewares.
