PLEXIGLAS® Resist zk5HF by Roehm is an amorphous polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA). Exhibits excellent light transmission & brilliance, excellent weatherability, high mechanical strength, surface hardness and abrasion resistance. Offers better flowing behavior. Used in lighting fixtures, displays and similar extruded items for technical purposes. It can be processed on extruders with 3-zone general purpose screws for thermoplastics. PLEXIGLAS® Hi-Gloss NTX-8 by Roehm is an amorphous, high gloss polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) grade. Exhibits very good weather resistance, high mechanical strength, surface hardness and abrasion resistance. Shows increased wipe resistance, flow and demolding. Provides very good polishability, less tendency to create weld lines and superior brilliance. PLEXIGLAS® Hi-Gloss NTX-8 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Complies with ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001: 2004, BS OHSAS 18001: 2007 and ISO/ TS 16949:2009. Used in automotive B pillar covers, mirror housings and interior decorative trim parts. PLEXIGLAS® Resist zk6HF by Roehm is an impact modified, amorphous polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) grade. Used in thin-walled components and items requiring accurate mold surface reproduction such as very finely textured luminaire covers. Provides excellent break resistance, impact strength, very good flow and improved resistance to stress cracking. Exhibits high weather resistance, excellent transmission & clarity, brilliant appearance and pleasant feel & sound of moldings. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion of sheets & profiles. PLEXIGLAS® Resist zk6HF complies with ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001: 2004, BS OHSAS 18001: 2007 and ISO/ TS 16949:2009. PLEXIGLAS® proTerra 8N by Roehm is polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) made from ISCC PLUS-certified raw materials and allocated through mass balancing. It is chemically identical to PLEXIGLAS® 8N and has the same product properties with a 25% lower carbon footprint. Recommended for optical lenses and reflex reflectors on vehicles. PLEXIGLAS® proTerra 8N is listed by the Automotive Manufacturers Equipment Conformance Agency (AMECA) as a material that meets applicable standards. PLEXIGLAS® proTerra M5 by Roehm is polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) with 30% post-industrial recycled content. It reduces the carbon footprint of the material by 30% compared to a product made from brand new material. PLEXIGLAS® Resist AG 100 by Roehm is an impact-modified, completely recyclable PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) grade. Possesses low weight and up to 30 times breaking strength of mineral glass. Exhibits high UV light resistance, durability, weathering, excellent transmission, clarity, brilliant appearance, increased heat deflection temperature under load and excellent optical properties. Shows clear reduction of reversible haze at very high and low temperatures. It can be processed using injection compression molding and extrusion (sheet extrusion, thermoforming & coextrusion). Also, it is easy-to-apply by one-step scratch-resistant coating system, either by a hard surface coating (with polysiloxane systems) or screen printing. Suitable for vehicle applications including automotive glazing, durable taillight covers, non-transparent add-on body parts, vehicle interiors (decorative trim, ambient lighting & door entry strips), rear side windows, roof and rear windows. Apart from reducing vehicle weight, injection molded glazing offers maximum freedom of design and functional integration, such as the integration of lighting or panel trim. PLEXIGLAS® Resist AG 100 passed all tests in line with ECE R43. PLEXIGLAS® LED white 0V206 by Roehm is polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) grade by Roehm. Used in light covers, LED-lighting rails, bulbs, façade lighting and lighting switches. Exhibits diffused scattering of light, very good weather durability, high surface hardness and scratch resistance. PLEXIGLAS® LED white 0V206 complies with ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001: 2004, BS OHSAS 18001: 2007 and ISO/ TS 16949:2009. It is suitable for processing by extrusion and injection blow molding. PLEXIGLAS® Resist zk5HC by Roehm is an amorphous polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) with excellent light transmission and brilliance. Exhibits excellent weatherability, high mechanical strength, surface hardness, abrasion resistance and better flowing behavior.
