ACRYMID® TT50 by Roehm is a highly heat distortion-resistant poly(n-methyl methacrylimide) (PMMI) molding compound. The resin possesses excellent transmission & clarity, very high strength & rigidity and good weather resistance. ACRYMID® TT50 can be processed by injection molding machines with 3-zone general purpose screws. It is listed by AMECA. It is suitable for applications involving high heat loads like automotive lighting, lenses, fiber optics, luminaire covers, nameplates and sight-glasses. ACRYMID® TT70 by Roehm is poly(n-methyl methacrylimide) (PMMI) grade. It possesses excellent transmission & clarity, very high mechanical strength & rigidity and good weather resistance. It exhibits high stability of optical properties at long-lasting thermal load and outstanding heat deflection temperature under load. ACRYMID® TT70 can be processed using injection molding with standard 3-zone general purpose screws. It is suitable for applications involving maximum thermal loads such as lenses, light guides, lightning fixtures and covers. ACRYMID® 813 by Roehm is an amorphous and heat resistant polymethyl methacrylamide (PMMI) grade. It exhibits outstanding melt-flow rate, high light transmission, very high strength, excellent rigidity and good weather resistance. It can be processed using injection molding and extrusion lines with 3-zone general purpose screws. It is recommended for lenses, fiber optics, lightning fixtures, nameplates and sight-glasses. ACRYMID® 813 is listed in AMECA.
