CoatOSil™ 2059 Silicone Emulsion by Momentive Performance Materials is a water-based emulsion with amino functionality. It is solvent-free and formulated without alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO). It is used as a masonry water repellent without blocking enclosed water vapor transmission.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is suitable for substrates including concrete, fibrous cement products, calcium silicate brick, natural stone, plaster, and bricks.</li>
<li>It offers excellent stain resistance on masonry substrates (specifically improved oleophbocity) and improves water beading.</li>
<li>CoatOSil™ 2059 Silicone Emulsion has a shelf life of 1 year.</li></ul> CoatOSil™ 77 by Momentive Performance Materials is a polyether modified trisiloxane. It can impart superwetting properties to coatings or inks on hard to wet substrates.<br>

<li> Offers improved flow and leveling.</li>
<li> CoatOSil™ 77 is compatible with a wide variety of water-borne and solvent-borne systems.</li>

The unique molecular and functional design allows it to deliver superior benefits without sacrificing the performance that is often negatively impacted by conventional silicone emulsions, such as recoatability and gloss change. CoatOSil™ CLEAN Silicone can be used in architectural paints, concrete and wood coatings.<br>

<li>CoatOSil™ CLEAN Silicone has a shelf life of 2 years.</li></ul> CoatOSil™ 7001LC by Momentive Performance Materials is a silicone-polyether block copolymer. It acts as a wetting or flow and leveling agent.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It shows high compatibility and is an environment friendly product with low cyclic siloxane content.</li>
<li> Enhances surface slip and improves block resistance.</li>
<li> CoatOSil™ 7001LC eliminates craters, orange peel, pin holes and fisheyes defects.</li>
<li> The recommended use level should be 0.5 wt% based on total formulations.</li>
<li> It is suitable for various water-based and solvent-based coatings such as industrial-, architectural-, automotive-, refinishes- and marine coatings.</li></ul> CoatOSil™ Prim-2 Emulsion by Momentive Performance Materials is a lower-VOC aqueous emulsion based on silane/siloxane technology. It has excellent hydrophobic properties and can be used for a variety of masonry applications.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It provides enhanced hydrophobicity after UV exposure and improves efflorescence resistance without changing color or appearance.</li>
<li>It has excellent depth of penetration as a surface treatment.</li>
<li>Recommended reduction is 1 part CoatOSIL™ PRIM 2 to 9 parts water.</li>
<li>It reduces capillary water absorption and provides excellent water beading effect.</li>
<li>CoatOSil™ Prim-2 Emulsion has lower cyclic content, freeze-thaw stability and high efficiency at low dosage.</li></ul> CoatOSil™ DRI Waterborne Silicone by Momentive Performance Materials is a low viscosity silicone emulsion. It can help to reduce water uptake and improve UV resistance in organic waterborne coating systems. Its chemical structure allows formulators to bridge the traditional difficulties of combining silicone materials with organic waterborne resins. CoatOSil™ DRI Waterborne Silicone is used in architectural-, wood-, and concrete coatings.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It can also be considered as a sole binder when maximum thermal and UV stability is a priority.
<li>When applied alone, it cures at room temperature to form an elastomeric film.
<li>It offers tannin resistance, enhanced mar resistance and low VOC.
<li>It improves hydrophobicity and elongation properties when used as a co-binder with acrylic latexes, resulting in more flexible coatings.
<li>It is compatible with a variety of waterborne polymer systems including acrylics, styrene acrylics, epoxies, PUDs and alkyds.</li>
<li>Recommended dosage level is 5% as an additive, or up to 30% when used as a co-binder in latex systems. Ladder study is recommended to determine optimum dosage based on performance.</li></ul> CoatOSil™ 7600 by Momentive Performance Materials is a silicon-polyether block copolymer. Acts as a flow/leveling agent. It is suitable for waterborne and solvent-borne coatings and inks. CoatOSil™ 7600 has a pendant molecular architecture. The polyether type is EO. CoatOSil™ FLX Coating Modifier by Momentive Performance Materials is a low-viscosity polysiloxane resin. Acts as a modifier. It is compatible with many organic resin systems and pigments. It improves coating flexibility and gloss retention under harsh weathering conditions. It also enhances corrosion performance in neutral salt spray testing. The recommended dosage level of CoatOSil™ FLX Coating Modifier ranges from 0.1 to 10%. CoatOSil™ 7602 by Momentive Performance Materials is silicon-polyether block copolymer. Acts as a slip control agent, anti-blocking agent, flow/levelling agent and scratch/mar resistant agent. It is suitable for waterborne, UV/EB cure and solvent borne coatings and inks. CoatOSil™ 7602 has a pendant molecular architecture. The polyether type is EO. CoatOSil™ 7510 by Momentive Performance Materials is a silicon-polyether block copolymer. Acts as defoamer and flow/leveling agent. It is suitable for waterborne, UV/EB cure and solvent-borne coatings and inks. It has high silicon content. CoatOSil™ 7510 has a pendant molecular architecture. The polyether type is EO.
