CoatOSil™ 2059 Silicone Emulsion by Momentive Performance Materials is a water-based emulsion with amino functionality. It is solvent-free and formulated without alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO). It is used as a masonry water repellent without blocking enclosed water vapor transmission.
- It is suitable for substrates including concrete, fibrous cement products, calcium silicate brick, natural stone, plaster, and bricks.
- It offers excellent stain resistance on masonry substrates (specifically improved oleophbocity) and improves water beading.
- CoatOSil™ 2059 Silicone Emulsion has a shelf life of 1 year.
