Masil® Ultra MF UV-EB 1 by DyStar is a cross-linkable silicone acrylate. It is used as an additive to improve surface properties such as increased slip, anti-blocking, reduced mar, and improved release.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is suitable for energy-curable coating and ink formulations.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level is 0.2-2% by weight.</li>
<li>Masil® Ultra MF UV-EB 1 has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul> Masil® SF 19 by DyStar is a low viscosity silicone surfactant. It has a polydimethylsiloxane backbone modified via the chemical attachment of polyoxyalkylene chains. It is compatible with a range of non-ionic, cationic and anionic systems.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It exhibits good thermal stability and low volatility.</li>
<li>It improves anti-mar and leveling qualities in solvent-borne industrial coatings and inks.</li>
<li>It effectively reduces the surface tension of water from 72 to 20 dynes/cm at a usage level of 0.1-1.0%.</li>
<li>Masil® SF 19 acts as an effective wetting agent for polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) when used at a level of 0.1-2.0%.</li></ul> Masil® Ultra MF 8200 by DyStar is an APEO-free slip and anti-mar additive for water-based inks and coatings. It is a self-curing, multi-functional silicone emulsion. It provides low temperature flexibility for coatings on film and foil. It offers improved adhesion on CRS and Al in protective- and industrial maintenance coatings, especially DTM’s based on latex.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It imparts hydrophobicity, dirt pickup resistance and early hardness.</li>
<li>In wood coating formulations, it offers mar resistance and water beading effect.</li>

<li>Recommended dosage of product is 1-5 wt% for architectural & industrial coatings and 0.5-1.0 wt% for ink and overprint varnishes.</li>
<li>The shelf life of Masil® Ultra MF 8200 is 12 months.</li></ul> Masil® Ultra MF 8219 by DyStar is an APEO-free, self-curing, silicone multifunctional emulsion. It improves mar resistance, dirt pickup resistance, hydrophobicity and scrub resistance in the coating film. It imparts low temperature flexibility and provides improved adhesion on CRS and Al in protective- and industrial maintenance coatings, especially DTM’s based on latex.<br>

<li>It is also used in release coatings, durable mold-release and anti-graffiti coatings, as a base vehicle.</li>
<li>Recommended dosage of Masil® Ultra MF 8219 is 1-3 wt.% for architectural- & industrial coatings.</li>
<li>The shelf life of the product is 12 months.</li></ul> Masil® Ultra CS 1000 by DyStar is a low viscosity, hyper functional polysiloxane penetrating sealer. It bonds with substrate and reacts with itself to form a crosslinked network. It offers high abrasion resistance, fast drying, quick return to service and long shelf stability. It creates a highly hydrophobic, durable surface with excellent chemical resistance.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It provides barrier to protect concrete by stain resistance from salts, oil, hydrocarbon, acids, alkalis, and solvents, and also from other sources of deterioration such as water in the freeze/thaw cycles.</li>
<li>It provides ice release and retains repellence after washing cycles.</li>
<li>It is single component and requires no catalyst.</li>
<li>It is a non-yellowing, moisture sensitive, polishable, dyeable, tintable grade.</li>
<li>It is used in industrial concrete flooring and anti-graffiti applications.</li>
<li>It can be used in both interior and exterior applications.</li>
<li>It is primarily formulated in a VOC exempt solvent.</li>
<li>The shelf life of the Masil® Ultra CS 1000 is 12 months.</li></ul> Masil® SFR 20000 by DyStar is a reactive silicone fluid. It can be used as the base polymer in silicone elastomers, providing structural properties, water resistance and softness. It is a clear, water-white, tasteless and odorless polydimethylsiloxane with terminal hydroxyl sites.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Masil® SFR 20000 is recommended for use in a variety of processing and formulating applications such as leather coatings.</li>
<li>It can be cured with small quantities of multifunctional silanes, such as
alkoxy silanes, with use of an organometallic salt or noble metal catalyst.</li> Masil® SFR 100 by DyStar is a high purity, low-viscosity reactive silicone fluid used as a base polymer for water repellents. It is a clear, water-white, tasteless and odorless reactive polydimethylsiloxane with terminal hydroxyl sites. Masil® SFR 100 is recommended for cookware-, ice-, release- and paper coating formulations. Masil® Ultra MF 8201 by DyStar is a water-reducible, silicone-based water-repellant emulsion for coatings. In waterborne latex or high solids silicone-latex systems, it imparts improved adhesion to substrates and aids in the film formation characteristics, yielding a tougher, more crosslinked surface.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is designed for the treatment of concrete, stucco, brick, mortar, synthetic & natural stone, along with other mineral construction materials.</li>
<li>It dramatically reduces penetration of liquid water while leaving the substrate permeable to water vapor.</li>
<li>The suggested initial concentration of Masil® Ultra MF 8201 is 1-2% by weight.</li>
<li>The shelf life of this product is 12 months.</li></ul> Masil® SFR 3500 by DyStar is a reactive silicone fluid. It is a clear, water-white, tasteless and odorless polydimethylsiloxane with terminal hydroxyl sites. It provides water resistance and softness to leather coatings and natural textiles such as cotton fabrics. Masil® SFR 3500 is suitable for paper- and water-repellent coating formulations. It has a shelf life of 1 year. Masil® SFR 70 by DyStar is a low-viscosity reactive silicone fluid used as a
base polymer for water repellents. It is a clear, water-white, tasteless and odorless polydimethylsiloxane with terminal hydroxyl sites.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It can be used as a plasticizer for silicone elastomers.</li>
<li>It is also used as a component in synthesizing textile silicone softeners and as a hydrophobizing agent in treating silica.</li>
<li>Masil® SFR 70 is recommended for paper- and leather coatings.</li></ul>
