Foam Blast® 20F by DyStar is zero-VOC, 100% active silicone compound designed to provide maximum foam control in UV and EB-cured inks, overprint varnishes and coating systems. It is suitable for epoxies and pigment grinding.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It allows systems to operate at full capacity and shows little to no effect on overall leveling.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level of the grade is 0.05-0.5%.</li>
<li>Foam Blast® 20F is composed of ingredients that meet the requirements of FDA 21 CFR: 175.105, 176.170, 176.180, 176.200, 176.210 & 178.3120 for food contact applications.</li></ul> Foam Blast® 325 by DyStar is a general purpose, non-ionic defoamer and antifoam formulation consisting of highly refined mineral oil and proprietary additives. It is highly compatible and stable in most latex and acrylic emulsions, without causing cratering or fisheyes.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is suitable for a variety of water-based inks and aqueous graphic arts applications.</li>
<li>It is also used in paper coatings and aqueous architectural- & industrial coatings.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.50%, based on total formulation weight.</li>
<li>Foam Blast® 325 meets the requirements of FDA CFR 21 175.105, 175.300, 176.170, 176.180 and 176.200 for use in food contact applications.</li></ul> Foam Blast® 550 by DyStar is 100% active, non-polar, synthetic polyol-based, specialized non-silicone foam control agent. It is suitable for UV/EB-cured overprint varnishes, inks, industrial coatings and epoxies.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is comparable or superior to silicone antifoam compounds but is much more compatible with UV monomers and oligomers.</li>

<li>The recommended dosage level of Foam Blast® 550 is 0.1 to 0.5%.</li></ul> Foam Blast® 301S by DyStar is a general-purpose, emulsifiable mineral oil-based foam control agent. It is recommended for latex paints, coating systems and highly concentrated acrylic polymers.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is designed for use in water-based inks, graphic arts, architectural-, cement- and industrial coatings.</li>
<li>Foam Blast® 301S meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR: 175.105, 176.170, 176.180, 176.200, & 176.210 for use in food contact applications.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level is 0.20-0.80%.</li></ul> Foam Blast® 338 by DyStar is a cost effective, synthetic polyol-based, non-silicone, non-mineral oil, 100% active defoamer. It is recommended for waterborne polymer systems in inks and industrial coatings. It has a hydrophobe that minimizes and eliminates many of the unwanted side effects associated with mineral oil-based defoamers, such as swelling of rubber rollers or polymer print plates, high use levels, etc.<br>

<li>It is suitable for PVAc emulsions and polyvinyl alcohol solutions.</li>
<li>It meets the current requirements of FDA 21 CFR 175.105, 175.300, 176.170, 176.180, 176.200, 176.210 for use in food contact applications.</li>
<li>The dosage level of Foam Blast® 338 is 0.05 to 0.5% for inks and coatings and 0.3 to 2.0 % for PVAc and PVOH.</li></ul> Foam Blast® 304 by DyStar is an efficient and effective foam control agent. It consists of highly refined mineral oils containing organic and inorganic particulates. It is designed specifically for use in latex manufacturing and latex paints & coatings systems.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is easily incorporated into most paint media through the pigment mixture and grind phase.</li>
<li>Foam Blast® 304 is suitable for water-based- and stucco coatings.</li>
<li>It is non-toxic, safe to handle and is composed of ingredients that meet the current FDA requirements 21 CFR 175.105, 176.170, 176.200, 176.210, and 178.3120 for use in food contact applications.</li>
<li>It also meets EPA requirements under regulation 180.1001 (Section D).</li>
<li>The recommended addition level is 2-6 pounds per 100 gallons of latex paint or coating, based on weight.</li></ul> Foam Blast® 332 by DyStar is an efficient and effective, synthetic foam control agent concentrate. It is a general purpose, mineral oil- & silicone-free, self-emulsifying product. It is suitable for pulp and paper applications, where the components present will act as antifoam/defoaming agents without the downstream problems known to arise from mineral oil defoamers.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It provides excellent foam suppression in paper coating formulations.</li>
<li>It is also effective in hot or cold applications and over a broad pH range (3-10).</li>
<li>Foam Blast® 332 exhibits broad indirect food contact clearances.</li>
<li>The recommended addition level is 0.1-0.5%, based on weight.</li>
<li>If adding into a non-aqueous media, neat addition of the product is recommended.</li></ul> Foam Blast® 295 by DyStar is 55% active, low-VOC organic-silicone based foam control agent for aqueous systems. It offers excellent compatibility in exterior latex and alkyd-based paint formulations.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It does not create haze or separates to form a ring or surface layer.</li>
<li>It is soluble in aqueous solutions and remains in solution.</li>
<li>It is suitable for use in industrial coatings, graphic arts, printing fountain solutions and aqueous resins.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level for Foam Blast® 295 is 0.05-0.5%.</li></ul> Foam Blast® 383 by DyStar is an efficient and effective foam control agent. It consists of highly refined mineral oils and inorganic particulates. It can be easily incorporated into most paint media through the pigment mixture and grind phase.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is suitable for architectural- & industrial coatings, acrylic paints & latex emulsions as well as water-based gravure inks.</li>
<li>Foam Blast® 383 meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR: 175.105, 176.200, 176.210, and 178.3120 for food contact applications.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.5% based on weight for inks and coatings.</li></ul> Foam Blast® 4321 by DyStar is a 100% active, non-ionic, non-silicone, mineral oil- & hydrocarbon-based defoamer. It shows quick foam killing properties and long-lasting antifoaming properties.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is suitable for textile dyebaths, print pastes and quelling foam in aqueous media.</li>
<li>Foam Blast® 4321 offers an excellent balance of foam control and compatibility.</li>
<li>It exhibits excellent stability at elevated temperatures.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level is 0.25 to 0.50% for dye baths and at 1.0-3.0 g/l for print pastes.</li></ul>
