Masil® Ultra CS 1000

Masil® Ultra CS 1000 by DyStar is a low viscosity, hyper functional polysiloxane penetrating sealer. It bonds with substrate and reacts with itself to form a crosslinked network. It offers high abrasion resistance, fast drying, quick return to service and long shelf stability. It creates a highly hydrophobic, durable surface with excellent chemical resistance.

• It provides barrier to protect concrete by stain resistance from salts, oil, hydrocarbon, acids, alkalis, and solvents, and also from other sources of deterioration such as water in the freeze/thaw cycles.
• It provides ice release and retains repellence after washing cycles.
• It is single component and requires no catalyst.
• It is a non-yellowing, moisture sensitive, polishable, dyeable, tintable grade.
• It is used in industrial concrete flooring and anti-graffiti applications.
• It can be used in both interior and exterior applications.
• It is primarily formulated in a VOC exempt solvent.
• The shelf life of the Masil® Ultra CS 1000 is 12 months.
