Antarol™ TS 709

Antarol™ TS 709 by DyStar is a general-purpose defoamer. It offers rapid foam knockdown and persistent antifoam performance, even after long-term storage. Suitable for all types of waterborne architectural coatings based on acrylic polymers & copolymers, and polyvinyl acetate polymers.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is dispersed easily and can be added at any stage of the manufacturing process.</li> <li>It shows good compatibility and has no impact on coating appearance.</li> <li>It has excellent storage stability and will not cause separation when formulated.</li> <li>The recommended addition level for Antarol™ TS 709 is 0.3-0.7% as supplied based on total formulation weight.</li> <li>It has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul>

Masil® SF 19

Masil® SF 19 by DyStar is a low viscosity silicone surfactant. It has a polydimethylsiloxane backbone modified via the chemical attachment of polyoxyalkylene chains. It is compatible with a range of non-ionic, cationic and anionic systems.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It exhibits good thermal stability and low volatility.</li> <li>It improves anti-mar and leveling qualities in solvent-borne industrial coatings and inks.</li> <li>It effectively reduces the surface tension of water from 72 to 20 dynes/cm at a usage level of 0.1-1.0%.</li> <li>Masil® SF 19 acts as an effective wetting agent for polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) when used at a level of 0.1-2.0%.</li></ul>

Formulator Tinting black

Dispersion of carbon black, trimethylbenzene, 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene, 2-butanone oxime (MEKO), cumene and ethylbenzene. Formulator Tinting black by DyStar is a free flowing, viscosity stable pigment concentrate. Exhibits very good chemical resistance, heat resistance and exterior durability. Mostly used in architectural solvent based coatings and industrial coatings. Formulator Tinting black by DyStar complies with OSHA, TSCA, DSL, CERCLA and WHMIS regulations.
