Masil® Ultra MF 8201

Masil® Ultra MF 8201 by DyStar is a water-reducible, silicone-based water-repellant emulsion for coatings. In waterborne latex or high solids silicone-latex systems, it imparts improved adhesion to substrates and aids in the film formation characteristics, yielding a tougher, more crosslinked surface.

• It is designed for the treatment of concrete, stucco, brick, mortar, synthetic & natural stone, along with other mineral construction materials.
• It dramatically reduces penetration of liquid water while leaving the substrate permeable to water vapor.
• The suggested initial concentration of Masil® Ultra MF 8201 is 1-2% by weight.
• The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
