Coapur™ 3025 by Coatex (Arkema Group) is a non-ionic, water soluble polyurethane. It is an associative and solvent-free rheology modifier.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Provides a pure Newtonian rheology to water-borne systems and improved gloss level.</li>
<li>It allows to adjust selectively high shear viscosities and thus ensures excellent film build, spatter resistance & leveling together with low dosage and flexibility of use.</li>
<li>It can be used in combination with low shear effective thickeners (THIXOL™ 53 L, RHEOTECH™ 2800, COAPUR™ 6050) in flat, sheen and semi-gloss dispersion paints or as a sole product in gloss dispersion or water-soluble alkyd paints.</li><li>Produces very good results such as in VOC-free, high leveling and one-coat flat dispersion paints or in water-based wood stain formulations.</li><li>Recommended dosage level is 0.5-1.5% depending on the rheological profile of the co-thickener when used in combination or between 1-3% when used as a sole thickener.</li>

<li>Provides excellent coating properties due to its high associative effectiveness with every kind of binder.</li>
<li>It increases the viscosities at medium and high shear rates in order to improve tool load, film build, levelling and brush drag.</li>
<li>Prevents from settling and sagging tendency in low PVC formulations.</li><li>The incorporation as sole thickener in semi-gloss and satin dispersion paints, improves storage stability and coating yield.</li>
<li>Also used in interior wall paints and protective, textured & wood coatings.</li>
<li>Coapur™ 830 W has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul> Coapur™ XS 71 by Coatex (Arkema Group) is a water soluble, non-ionic, solvent-and tin-free polyurethane thickener. It is recommended for water-based systems which should combine high in-can viscosities with excellent pigment compatibility, further use on tinting machine or manual coloration. It shows good anti-sagging, resistance, and spraying performance. <br>

<li> It exhibits a smooth structure and an optimized easiness of coat with no spatter. </li>

<li> The use of Coapur™ XS 71 limits viscosity drops after pigment paste addition, eliminates pigment flooding and floating during storage and enables to match excellent results based on rub-out test. </li>
<li> It is designed for water-proof membrane coatings, anti-corrosion paints and wood stains. </li>
<li> Recommended dosage level is 0.1-1% as sole thickener in matt dispersion paints and 0.05-0.8% when combined with a high and/or medium shear effective thickener in all kinds of formulations. </li>
<li> It can be used sole in matt dispersion paints or in combination with high shear effective thickeners for one coat matt paint, eggshell, silk, and semi-gloss paint. </li>

Offers an excellent compromise between tool load, film build, leveling and brush drag. Provides excellent coating properties due to its high associative effectiveness with every kind of binders. It can be used sole or in combination with low shear rheology modifiers. It helps increase viscosities at high shear rates and in a less extent low shear rate viscosities. Coapur™ 520 W is a cost-effective, easy to handle product and is highly effective in low to medium PVC formulations. It has a shelf life of 12 months. Coapur™ 975 W by Coatex (Arkema Group) is a water soluble non-ionic polyurethane. It is a solvent-, alkyl phenol ethoxylates (APEO)-, tin- and heavy metal free associative polyurethane thickener and opens new perspectives particularly for low emission water based paints needing attractive in can appearance and tool load, outstanding coatings properties as well as color acceptance. Offers a unique pseudo plastic rheology profile, performing strongly at medium shear rates while contributing significantly at high shear rates. It builds low shear viscosity reasonably high in order to help optimize both levelling and sag resistance. COAPUR™ 975 W is designed to be used sole or in combination ideally with high shear viscosity builders such as COAPUR™ 3025 or COAPUR™ 2025 if brush drag, film build or spatter resistance have to be increased specifically. It is easy to use and suitable for automatic dosing systems, interior & exterior wall paint, protective and textured coatings. Coapur™ XS 83 by Coatex (Arkema Group) is a <b>solvent-, APEO- and tin-free polyurethane thickener</b>. Coapur™ XS 83 provides a unique pseudoplastic rheology profile with a strong shear-thinning behavior. Its use ensures good gloss development, good sprayability, smooth structure and an optimized ease of <b>application by spray, roller or brush</b>. Coapur™ XS 83 thickener is recommended for <b>water-based systems</b> and is suitable for <b>industrial and decorative applications</b> requiring high film thicknesses and <b>excellent sag, water, stain and corrosion resistance</b>. This polyurethane thickener contributes to <b>improved color strength</b> and <b>reduce rub-out issues</b> when using pigment pastes, even in presence of problematic binders. It displays high storage modulus with improved suspension power. Provides unique elastic character leading to long term & overnight storage stability and anti-settling property. Coapur™ 2025 by Coatex (Arkema Group) is a water soluble, non-ionic and solvent-free, associative polyurethane thickener designed for water-based formulations. It can be used sole or in combination either with other polyurethane thickeners or with any type of rheology modifiers such as acrylic or cellulosic thickeners, acting at low shear rates. It is an easy-to-handle, low viscous grade designed for automated dosing systems. Provides a real Newtonian behavior, i.e. a strong high shear viscosity development together with no effect on low shear viscosity. It offers good body, improved levelling and good film build. It is VOC-, APEO- and heavy metal free. It is used at a dosage level of 0.5-3% in lacquers, gloss and semi-gloss dispersion paints and 0.5-1.5% when combined with a medium and/ or low shear effective thickener. Shelf life of Coapur™ 2025 is 12 months. Coapur™ XS 22 by Coatex (Arkema Group) is a solvent-free polyurethane thickener of the Newtonian type. Provides an optimized balance between high, medium and low shear viscosity to alkyd emulsion-based paints. Its exclusive design enables to control brush drag, spatter resistance and film build without deteriorating ease of coat and leveling. COAPUR™ XS 22 also helps achieve high levels of gloss. Recommended dosage level is 0.5-2%. It has a shelf life of 12 months. COAPUR™ 3320 by Coatex (Arkema Group) is a non-ionic, associative and solvent free rheology modifier providing a Newtonian behavior to water-borne systems. COAPUR™ 3320 allows to adjust selectively high shear viscosities with a high efficiency and thus ensures excellent film build, spatter resistance and levelling together with flexibility of use.
