Capstone® FS-64 by Chemours is a VOC-free, water-soluble, anionic fluorosurfactant. Provides low aqueous surface tension, wetting and enhanced levelling. Exhibits good re-wet characteristics in multi-coat applications. It reduces cratering and provides faster spreading. Also reduces surface tension and provides very good wetting to achieve cleanability. Capstone® FS-64 is designed for water-based architectural coatings, industrial finishes and floor care formulations. It has a shelf life of 5 years. Recommended usage level is 0.02-0.1%. Capstone® Fluorosurfactant FS-91 by Chemours is an ammonia-free, APEO-free, water-based anionic fluorosurfactant (18% solids in water and 10–14% in 1-Butoxy-2 Propanol). Acts as an excellent wetting and levelling agent. Offers good dirt pick-up resistance, defoaming, anti-blocking and oil repellency. Shows good re-wet characteristics in multicoat applications and freeze-thaw stability. It reduces cratering and provides faster spreading. It is capable of extremely low aqueous surface tensions. Suitable for use in water-based floor finishes, waxes & polishes (0.005–0.02%) and in low VOC architectural semi-gloss latex paints & coatings (0.02–0.03%). Also used in industrial finishes and wood coatings. Capstone® Fluorosurfactant FS-91 complies with REACH requirements and meets the goals of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency 2010/15 PFOA Stewardship Program. Capstone® FS-65 by Chemours is an anionic fluorosurfactant. Provides low aqueous surface tension, wetting and enhanced levelling. It is a VOC-free and water soluble grade. Exhibits good re-wet characteristics in multi-coat applications. It reduces cratering and provides faster spreading. Also reduces surface tension and provides very good wetting to achieve cleanability. Capstone® FS-65 is designed for water-based architectural coatings, industrial finishes, floor care and inks. It has a shelf life of 5 years. Capstone® FS-34 by Chemours is a general-purpose, water-soluble, ethoxylated non-ionic fluorosurfactant that modifies surface energies at very low concentrations. Acts as a wetting and leveling agent. It is VOC- & APEO-free, non-flammable and is compatible with additives and resins of any ionic class. It is stable in acidic, basic, brine and hard water environments. Possesses good stability across a broad pH range. It provides wetting and leveling, reduced orange peel effect, extends open-time, reduces cratering and provides faster spreading, compatible with hydrocarbon surfactants. Suggested use rates are 0.01–0.02% active ingredient. When used in aqueous-based paints and inks, use rates are 0.01–0.1% active ingredient. Capstone® FS-34 by Chemours is compliant with REACH requirements and are listed in TSCA inventory. Capstone® FS-35 by Chemours is a non-ionic fluorosurfactant that provides exceptionally low surface tension in aqueous or solvent-based products, enabling better wetting, spreading, leveling, and other beneficial properties. Acts as a wetting and leveling agent. It is VOC- & APEO-free and is compatible with additives and resins of any ionic class. It is stable in acidic, basic, brine and hard water environments. It provides wetting and leveling, reduced orange peel effect, extends open-time, reduces cratering and provides faster spreading, compatible with hydrocarbon surfactants. Designed for water-based architectural coatings, industrial finishes, floor care formulations and wood coatings. Capstone® FS-63 imparts low foam with added oil repellency to improve easy clean features. Recommended dosage level is 0.02-0.05%. Capstone® FS-61 by Chemours is a VOC and APEO-free, water-based anionic fluorosurfactant. It is multi-functional and environmentally friendly. Exhibits low aqueous surface tension, oil and dirt pick up resistance. Offers very good wetting, levelling, anti-block and flow control. It reduces cratering and provides faster spreading. Capstone® FS-61 is used in water-based architectural coatings, industrial finishes, floor care formulations and wood coatings. Capstone® FS-66 by Chemours is anionic fluorosurfactant. Contains no solvents. Improves wetting, leveling, and anti-soiling for solvent-based paints and anti-smearing agent for inks. Capstone® Fluoropolymer FS-87 by Chemours is a partially fluorinated acrylic copolymer (34.0–36.0% in water). Acts as a wetting- and leveling agent. Provides good dirt pick-up resistance and improves oil repellency, cleanability & washability. Is water-soluble, non-flammable and VOC-free. Compatible with all types of anionic, non-ionic, cationic and amphoteric surfactants. Suitable for use in water-based coatings. Applications in oil-based stains such as hand prints, architectural low sheen interior latex wall paints and exterior paints. Recommended addition level ranges between 0.05 and 0.5%. Capstone® Fluoropolymer FS-87 by Chemours is in compliance with REACH requirements and meets the goals of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency 2010/15 PFOA Stewardship Program. Capstone® FS-81 by Chemours is a fluorinated polymeric surfactant. Is a water dispersion that can improve cleanability of oily dirt and provide oil repellency to flat architectural paints and waterborne coatings. Does not interfere with recoat adhesion and does not affect water repellency. Improves oil repellency of low sheen interior latex wall paints. Also improves washability of oil based stains for low sheen latex paints, such as dirty hand prints often found near light switches and door frames. Capstone® FS-81 exhibits good dirt pickup resistance (DPR) for exterior latex paints.
