Capstone® FS-64 by Chemours is a VOC-free, water-soluble, anionic fluorosurfactant. Provides low aqueous surface tension, wetting and enhanced levelling. Exhibits good re-wet characteristics in multi-coat applications. It reduces cratering and provides faster spreading. Also reduces surface tension and provides very good wetting to achieve cleanability. Capstone® FS-64 is designed for water-based architectural coatings, industrial finishes and floor care formulations. It has a shelf life of 5 years. Recommended usage level is 0.02-0.1%.
