Capstone® Fluoropolymer FS-87

Capstone® Fluoropolymer FS-87 by Chemours is a partially fluorinated acrylic copolymer (34.0–36.0% in water). Acts as a wetting- and leveling agent. Provides good dirt pick-up resistance and improves oil repellency, cleanability & washability. Is water-soluble, non-flammable and VOC-free. Compatible with all types of anionic, non-ionic, cationic and amphoteric surfactants. Suitable for use in water-based coatings. Applications in oil-based stains such as hand prints, architectural low sheen interior latex wall paints and exterior paints. Recommended addition level ranges between 0.05 and 0.5%. Capstone® Fluoropolymer FS-87 by Chemours is in compliance with REACH requirements and meets the goals of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency 2010/15 PFOA Stewardship Program.
