Teflon™ FEPD 121

Teflon™ FEPD 121 by Chemours is a general-purpose aqueous fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) dispersion stabilized with a non-ionic surfactant. It provides inertness to all industrial chemicals & solvents, stability at high temperatures, excellent dielectric properties and weatherability. It imparts unique properties of FEP to end products that would be difficult to make using traditional melt extrusion processes and coats or impregnates poros structures. It is suitable for metal coatings and heat-sealable top coatings for PTFE-coated fabrics for belting, circuit boards, architectural fabrics, and electrical insulation. Teflon™ FEPD 121 complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 for food contact use and European Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011.
