Capstone® FS-81 by Chemours is a fluorinated polymeric surfactant. Is a water dispersion that can improve cleanability of oily dirt and provide oil repellency to flat architectural paints and waterborne coatings. Does not interfere with recoat adhesion and does not affect water repellency. Improves oil repellency of low sheen interior latex wall paints. Also improves washability of oil based stains for low sheen latex paints, such as dirty hand prints often found near light switches and door frames. Capstone® FS-81 exhibits good dirt pickup resistance (DPR) for exterior latex paints.
