Viton™ A-700 by Chemours is a copolymer of hexafluoropropylene and vinylidene fluoride. It provides good mold release, less mold fouling, improved compression set resistance, and improved tear properties. Viton™ A-700 is suitable for solution coatings of fabrics and other substrates. Dipolymer of hexafluoropropylene and vinylidene fluoride, plus cure chemicals. Used in coatings. Offers chemical and heat resistance characteristics and significant improvements in processing and rheology. Can be blended with other fluoroelastomers to provide variations in processing, properties, and shrinkage. Provides improved mold flow, easy mold release, low mold fouling, low viscosity, ultrafast cure rate and very good scorch safety and compression set resistance. Terpolymer of hexafluoropropylene, vinylidene fluoride, and
tetrafluoroethylene. Used for solution coatings of fabrics and other substrates. Offers improved processing. Provides high viscosity, improved mold flow, good mold release, low mold fouling, improved compression set resistance and good low temperature characteristics. Dipolymer of hexafluoropropylene and vinylidene fluoride. Used in solution coating for fabric, tanks or chemical containers. Offers improved processing. Designed for use with a clean molding bisphenol curative. Provides low viscosity, improved mold flow, very good extrusion characteristics, good mold release, low mold fouling and improved compression set resistance. tetrafluoroethylene. Used in coatings. Can be cured with a bisphenol system. Offers improved terpolymer processing and low compound viscosity, and very good heat and fluid resistance characteristics.
