Tinuvin® 1130 by BASF is a liquid UV absorber of the hydroxyphenyl benzotriazole class specifically developed for industrial coating applications. It is a versatile product for use in water- and solvent-based coatings. <br>

<li>Recommended for automotive OEM-, exterior construction-, refinishes-, interior/exterior general industrial metal-, plastic component- and wood coatings for floor, furniture, or millwork applications. </li></ul> Tinuvin® 144 by BASF is bis (1, 2, 2, 6, 6-pentamethyl-4-piperidinyl)-[[3, 5-bis (1, 1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl]methyl]butylmalonate. This multi-functional additive act as light stabilizer of the hindered amine class (HALS). It provides significantly extended life time. It is versatile product for PES and epoxy/PES systems. It provides superior protection against gloss reduction, cracking, blistering delamination and color change in coatings. Tinuvin® 144 is used in automotive coatings, coil coatings and powder coatings. Tinuvin® 5100 by BASF is a hindered amine light stabilizer. It provides high durability. It helps maintain properties such as flexibility, adhesion and water repellency. Tinuvin® 5100 is used in general industrial coatings, heavy duty maintenance and marine coatings, plastic coatings, gel coats & composites, architectural & decorative coatings, wood coatings & treatments and coil coatings. Tinuvin® 400 by BASF is a liquid hydroxyphenyl-triazine (HPT) UV absorber designed to fulfill the high performance and durability needs of solvent-borne coatings, 100% solids automotive and industrial finishes. It exhibits low color, migration, excellent photo-permanence and minimal interaction with metal catalysts and amine crosslinkers. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It provides excellent performance in coatings due to very high thermal stability and performance for coatings exposed to high bake cycles and/or extreme environmental conditions. </li>
<li>It offers hydroxy functionality to minimize migration, high photo-stability for long-life performance and high concentration for maximum efficiency. </li>
<li>It has been developed as an interaction-free UV absorber for use in amine and/or metal-catalyzed coating systems and coatings applied on base-coats or substrates containing such catalysts. </li>

It is an easy to pump, pourable liquid allowing dust free handling, automated dosage and shortening of mixing time. It exhibits resistance to exudation/crystallization in many PUR systems. It is compatible with natural and pigmented materials. It is suitable for polyurethane coatings on tarpaulin and flooring. Tinuvin® 123-DW by BASF is a non-basic amino-ether based UV absorber. It is solvent-free and permits formulation of low/zero VOC coatings. Developed using novel encapsulated additive technology. Tinuvin® 123-DW is used in general industrial, furniture and flooring coatings. Tinuvin® 5333-DW ECO by BASF is an aqueous preparation of a blend of UV absorber and HALS. <br><ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It has excellent long-term performance, high photo-permanence combined with high thermal stability.</li><li> It is fully preserves dry-film properties such as inherent color, transparency and gloss.</li><li> It does not affect other film properties such as water-sensitivity, blocking resistance, hardness and scratch resistance.</li><li> It mixes easily in broad spectrum of water-based systems without applying high shear forces, disperses homogeneously without addition of co-solvents or any other dispersing aids.</li><li> Tinuvin® 5333-DW ECO is recommended for wood stains, plastic, glass and architectural coating.</li></ul> Tinuvin® CarboProtect® by BASF is a very red-shifted, benzotriazole-based UV absorber.
