UCECOAT® 7850 by allnex is a tin-, and bisphenol A-free, water-borne radiation curable (UV/EB) polyurethane dispersion which is tack-free before cure and after water evaporation. It was developed for wood coatings but can also be used for other applications. It is a low VOC and solvent-free technology grade.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Because of its non-irritant nature and low viscosity, UCECOAT® 7850 can be applied safely by spray and curtain coating.</li>
<li>The cured products are characterized by high flexibility and hardness.</li></ul> UCECOAT® 7355 by allnex is a low/zero VOC, water-borne, solvent- & organo-tin-free radiation curable (UV/EB) polyurethane dispersion. It is tack-free before cure and after water evaporation. It is developed for high-end wooden furniture topcoats, both transparent and pigmented, but can also be used for other applications and substrates.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>The cured formulations offer very high reactivity in systems, very good hardness, high scratch and stain resistance.</li>
<li>It provides optimized stability, good compatibility and is easy to formulate.</li>
<li>UCECOAT® 7355 can be applied by spray and curtain coating.</li>
<li>It is recommended for clear topcoat for wood furniture, coating on melamine paper foils and PVC floorings.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life is 1 year.</li></ul> UCECOAT® 6560 by allnex is an aliphatic urethane acrylate solution in water, containing approx. 50% acrylated products. Films containing this product and cured by water-borne ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit a nice optical aspect on different woods. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> The cured products are characterized by excellent adhesion on wood, excellent wood wetting, high flexibility and non-yellowing. </li>
<li>It is organo-tin free and highly recommended as primer for wood applications.</li>
<li>UCECOAT® 6560 has a shelf life of 1 year.</li></ul> UCECOAT® 7860 by allnex is a low-viscous waterborne UV curable resin. It is characterized by its ability to remain wet after water evaporation, offering superior polishing, chemical, and mechanical resistance. It is a tin-free, low/zero VOC and solvent-free technology grade.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It can achieve homogeneous ultra-matt levels (~2 GU @60°C) with excimer, eliminating the need for matting agents. </li>
<li>It also provides excellent leveling and adhesion, very good stability, and a robust formulation/application. </li>
<li>Additionally, it offers appealing aesthetics and touch, along with a high gloss mirror effect without excimer.</li>
<li>It can be easily applied using spray, curtain coating and roller methods,
<li>It is recommended for use in excimer clear finishes (dead-mat) and high gloss mirror effect coatings for wood furniture and flooring.</li>
<li>UCECOAT® 7860 has a shelf life of 1 year.</li></ul> UCECOAT® 2804 by allnex is a high performance, UV/EB energy curable polyurethane dispersion for digital printing. It is a low viscosity, low/zero VOC, solvent-, tin-, BPA- and APEO-free grade suitable for indirect food contact applications. Its polymer composition is optimized for high reactivity and low migration potential. It is used as a binder for water-based overprint varnishes, inkjet- and flexographic inks.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is tack-free and water re-dispersible after water evaporation but before cure.</li>
<li>The low grits content allows easy product filterability and good colloidal stability.</li>
<li>It offers excellent adhesion, faster cycle time, long potlife, low temperature curing and lower energy consumption.</li>

It is used as a high-end binder for water-based overprint varnishes and inks. It is suitable for indirect food contact applications. It possesses low- viscosity and mean particle size associated with an excellent colloidal stability alone and in the presence of pigments. Its polymer composition allows high reactivity and elevated curing density as well as low migration potential.<br>

It possesses an extremely low mean particle size associated with a low viscosity and excellent colloidal stability alone and in the presence of pigments. It is tin- and MIT-free version of UCECOAT® 7699 that is produced with a mass balance approach and solvent-free technology.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is easy to formulate and shows outstanding hardness and good compatibility with tack-free after water evaporation.</li>
It is also suitable for clear finishes on wood along with other substrates and applications such as field applied UV curable coatings for concrete, VCT (vinyl composition tile), and resilient floors.</li>
<li>UCECOAT® 7701 BC exhibits high reactivity in both clear and thick pigmented coatings, and cured coatings provides outstanding scratch- and stain resistance.</li>
<li>It can be applied by roller, T-bar, spray and curtain coating methods due to its low viscosity.</li>

It is anionic in nature, making it compatible with water without any external emulsifier. It exhibits good properties concerning the jetting and water re-solubility before cure.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It provides good stain- and chemical resistance along with hardness in the polymerized coating.</li>
<li>Cured products based on UCECOAT® 2801 exhibit very good adhesion on multiple substrates (paper & board, PVC, PC), excellent flexibility, outstanding surface wetting, and very low yellowing.</li>
<li>It is designed for water-borne UV/EB curable inkjet inks for all colors and spot varnishes. </li>
