UCECOAT® 7860 by allnex is a low-viscous waterborne UV curable resin. It is characterized by its ability to remain wet after water evaporation, offering superior polishing, chemical, and mechanical resistance. It is a tin-free, low/zero VOC and solvent-free technology grade.
- It can achieve homogeneous ultra-matt levels (~2 GU @60°C) with excimer, eliminating the need for matting agents.
- It also provides excellent leveling and adhesion, very good stability, and a robust formulation/application.
- Additionally, it offers appealing aesthetics and touch, along with a high gloss mirror effect without excimer.
- It can be easily applied using spray, curtain coating and roller methods,
- It is recommended for use in excimer clear finishes (dead-mat) and high gloss mirror effect coatings for wood furniture and flooring.
- UCECOAT® 7860 has a shelf life of 1 year.
