SETAL® by allnex is a versatile resin portfolio based on alkyds, acrylics, polyesters, epoxies and polyurethanes. They are used in architectural, automotive, industrial, marine, metal, wood and furniture coatings across solvent-based, waterborne and high-solids systems.

SETAL® 21-3469

SETAL® 21-3469 by allnex is a flexible high-solids long-oil alkyd resin. It improves the brushing qualities of medium and long oil-based house paints. Offers excellent application properties, good outdoor durability and excellent drying properties. This resin is frequently used as a modifier for acrylic and polyvinyl acrylate-based latex paints to improve adhesion over chalky substrates. It is designed for use in color retentive, durable, exterior grade trade sales paints. Recommended for air-dry porch & deck enamels, high-performance coatings for wood & metal or plastic. The shelf life of the grade is 2 years. SETAL® 21-3469 is a HAPS-free version of SETAL® 21-3461.
