UCECOAT® 2801 by allnex is a co-solvent-, label-, tin- and BPA-free, low viscosity, acrylated polyurethane dispersion in water. It is anionic in nature, making it compatible with water without any external emulsifier. It exhibits good properties concerning the jetting and water re-solubility before cure.
- It provides good stain- and chemical resistance along with hardness in the polymerized coating.
- Cured products based on UCECOAT® 2801 exhibit very good adhesion on multiple substrates (paper & board, PVC, PC), excellent flexibility, outstanding surface wetting, and very low yellowing.
- It is designed for water-borne UV/EB curable inkjet inks for all colors and spot varnishes.
- It has a shelf life of 1 year.
