Norox® MEKP-30 by United Initiators is an excellent liquid initiator for the polymerization of vinyl monomers and is particularly useful in the room temperature cure of polyester resins. In this application Norox® MEKP-30 imparts high exotherm characteristics to the cure. NOROX® 500-90-AL3 by United Initiators acts as a radical initiator for polymerisation. It is a cyclo-aliphatic perketal and compatible with monomers like ethylene and styrene. It is also used in the curing of unsaturated polyester resins and the crosslinking of polymers. It is in compliance with the Elektro G (EU-Directives: RoHS 2002/95/E G, WEEE 2002/96/E G). NOROX® 500-90-AL3 has a shelf life of 6 months. Norox® CHP-90 by United Initiators is an economical free-radical initiator for unsaturated
polyester resins, vinyl monomers, and styrenation of oils and alkyds.<br>

</ul> Norox® 750 by United Initiators is Liquid organic peroxide. Norox® 750 is used as initiator for the room temperature cure of unsaturated polyester resins used for tooling and RTM applications. Norox® CHP by United Initiators is solution of cumyl hydroperoxide. Norox® CHP used as initiator for unsaturated polyester resins, vinyl monomers and styrenation of oils and alkyds. Norox® 425 by United Initiators is liquid form of t-butylperoxy-3,5,5-trimethylhexanoate, also known as t-butylperisononoate. It acts as an excellent free radical source (initiator) in the polymerization of monomers, especially styrene. Also acts as a curing agent for all types of unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins in a temperature range of 130°C to 160°C. It is technically pure and appears as a colorless liquid. It is used in SMC, BMC, impregnation and dipping processes. Norox® 425 recommended usage level is 1% to 2%, but this level can be lowered when combined with low or medium range initiators. Norox® 411 by United Initiators is pure t-amylperoxy-2-ethylhexanoate (t-amyl peroctoate). It acts as an initiator. It is branched, aliphatic perester and is highly efficient liquid that is readily miscible with high boiling aliphatics. It is free from plasticizers and is a highly active liquid, which can be easily added to a reactor. It can be used for bulk or suspension polymerization of styrene (temperature range: 160°C to 210°C) along with the methacrylates and allyl-monomers (temperature range: 80°C to 120°C). Norox® 411 is used in combination with other peroxides as an initiator. Low residual monomer content can be achieved in combination with other, thermally more stable peroxides. Solution of methyl ethyl ketone peroxides and cumyl hydroperoxide. Used as polymerization initiator. Offers low peak exotherm and longer working time (gel time). Provides very good final cure. Norox® HDP-75 by United Initiators is a polymerization initiator for curing specialized unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resin. It offers long gel time, lower peak exotherm, faster green strength, excellent final cure, and elimination of in-plant mixing and leading-edge effect of peroxides. Norox® HDP-75 is recommended for thinner cross sections when exotherm control is needed along with fast de-mold time. Norox® MCP by United Initiators is a hardener and polymerization initiator for curing of unsaturated polyester resins and vinyl ester resin.<br>

<li>It offers very low peak exotherm temperature, long gel time, excellent final cure in both thin and thick laminates, and less shrinkage, cracking, and stress problems.</li>
<li>It has a low impurity level of water, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), and salts.</li>
<li>It is recommended for vacuum bag molding of big units, filament winding of pipes & tanks with thicker laminates, or polyester concrete systems with high resin-to-filler ratio.</li>
<li>Norox® MCP has a shelf life of 6 months.</li>
