Norox® 771 by United Initiators is a solution of methyl ethyl ketone peroxides and cumyl hydroperoxide in phlegmatizer. Norox® 771 is a liquid polymerization initiator for the room temperature cure of specialized unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins with the following advantages/properties. Norox® P-20 by United Initiators is an activated form of t-butyl perbenzoate. This product is used in combination with cobalt accelerators as an initiator (radical source) in the curing of unsaturated polyester resins at elevated temperature (60-120°C), as well as for vinyl ester resins at ambient temperature. Provides very good final cure. orox® MEKP-9H by United Initiators features a reduced level of hydrogen peroxide. It is an excellent liquid general-purpose cure initiator for the room temperature cure of polyester resins. In this application it imparts medium to high exotherm characteristics to the cure. Norox® MEKP-9H is particularly useful in critical gel coat applications. Another area of application is in heated, continuous mixing systems for polymer concrete and cultured marble. NOROX® 500-90-AL3 by United Initiators acts as a radical initiator for polymerisation. It is a cyclo-aliphatic perketal and compatible with monomers like ethylene and styrene. It is also used in the curing of unsaturated polyester resins and the crosslinking of polymers. It is in compliance with the Elektro G (EU-Directives: RoHS 2002/95/E G, WEEE 2002/96/E G). NOROX® 500-90-AL3 has a shelf life of 6 months.
