SAFOAM® RAZ-110P by Reedy Chemical Foam is a chemical blowing agent. It is used to create cellular structure in thermoplastics. Safoam® AP-40 by Reedy Chemical Foam acts as an endothermic (heat absorbing)/exothermic (heat expelling) chemical nucleating and foaming agent. Improves surface quality and to reduce VOC emissions. Used in injection molding to reduce machine energy, to eliminate sink marks, improves cycle time, reduces warp and for minor weight reduction. In extrusion it is used to create a cellular structure and improve throughput in medium density extrudates. Recommended for ABS, PVC, HIPS, TPE and Elastomer based thermoplastics. Recommended dosage of Safoam® AP-40 is 0.5-2.0%. It complies with FDA good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) 21 C.F.R. Part 110. Safoam® FP-20 by Reedy Chemical Foam acts as an endothermic (heat absorbing) chemical nucleating and foaming agent. Improves surface quality and to reduce VOC emissions. SAFOAM® CE-335 is recommended for food packaging for PP and PET. The product is non-toxic and generally recognized as food safe by the FDA. SAFOAM® CE-336 by Reedy Chemical Foam acts as a foaming agent. It creates uniform cellular structures to reduce weight, cycle time and improve machine efficiency. It is suitable for sheet extrusion. SAFOAM® CE-336 is recommended for food packaging for PE and PP. The product is non-toxic and generally recognized as food safe by the FDA. It can be used for the creation of very fine cells in injection molding and in medium-density extrudate. It can be dispersed into a liquid foaming agents, color compounds and plastisols. SAFOAM® P-700 by Reedy Chemical Foam is a chemical endothermic blowing agent. This additive creates cellular structure in thermoplastics. SAFOAM® HT-45 by Reedy Chemical Foam acts as a chemical nucleating and foaming agent for the creation of a foam structure. It is a high pellet concentrate. It helps reduce machine energy, remove sink marks, limit warp, improve cycle time and for weight reduction in injection molding. In extrusion operations it is used for the creation of cells to reduce density and improve throughput in medium density extrudate. SAFOAM® HT-45 is suitable for TPO, TPE, PVC, PE and PP. SAFOAM® RAZ-37 by Reedy Chemical Foam is an azodicarbonamide blowing agent for cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) foam. It is an endothermic & exothermic blend. It creates uniform cellular structures to reduce weight, cycle time and improve machine efficiency. SAFOAM® RAZ-37 is non-toxic and generally recognized as food safe by the FDA.
