SAFOAM® HT-45 by Reedy Chemical Foam acts as a chemical nucleating and foaming agent for the creation of a foam structure. It is a high pellet concentrate. It helps reduce machine energy, remove sink marks, limit warp, improve cycle time and for weight reduction in injection molding. In extrusion operations it is used for the creation of cells to reduce density and improve throughput in medium density extrudate. SAFOAM® HT-45 is suitable for TPO, TPE, PVC, PE and PP.
