ULTRA-PLAST™ WF 103 by Performance additives is a mixture of fatty acid esters and amides. Acts as a high performance processing additive which enhances polymer/filler interactions in most polymer systems. It also helps promote fiber dispersion in all wood filled composites. When used in rubbers, it is effective in increasing flow and release properties as well as promoting overall processability. Compatible with PE, PP, PVC, PS and ABS systems. Since it is metal free, ULTRA-PLAST™ WF 103 is suitable in systems where coupling agents are present. Recommended dosage for WPC compounds is 2–5% while 2-3 phr for rubber compounds. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Blend of calcium soaps and amides of fatty acids. Used as lubricant and filler dispersant for most types of wood filled composites. Enhances the coupling of polymers and wood fibers. ULTRA-PLAST™ TP01 by Performance additives is a mixture of fatty acid soaps and amides. Acts as a coupling agent between polymer and filler. Also acts as blending and dispersing agent in highly filled systems, leading to a more homogenous initial mix.</br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is also an effective lubricant for PVC, PS, ABS and several TPO systems.</li>
<li>Used in highly filled TPE and TPO compounds, filled olefins, flame retarded systems and color concentrates.</li>
<li>In addition, it can be used in unfilled polymers where reduced viscosity and improved flow under processing conditions are desired.</li>
<li>Recommended dosage of ULTRA-PLAST™ TP01 is 0.25–1.00%.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 2 years.</li></ul> Mixture of metal soaps and fatty acid amides. Used as lubricant and dispersant. Improves surface appearance and processability. ULTRA-PLAST™ TP04 by Performance additives is a metal soap of fatty acids. It is low melting zinc soap very similar in its basic structure to zinc stearate. Acts as an effective blending and dispersing agent for powdered materials and helps to shorten mixing time by faster filler incorporation. It can be used in all non-clear plastics products to replace zinc stearate, such as PS, concentrates, thermosets and some of the olefins. ULTRA-PLAST™ TP04 is sanctioned for use by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and listed in the following sections of Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations: 175.105.175.300 176.170.176.200 177.2600 178.3910. Recommended dosage is 0.5% to 1%. Can be stored for at least 2 years under normal conditions. ULTRA-PLAST™ TP10 by Performance additives is a mixture of light coloured aliphatic resins with low molecular weight. At process temperature, it has a natural tackiness and an adhesive character, which enables it to act as an effective binder. This is particularly important in highly filled systems where the most uniform level of blending is required to maintain physical properties. Provides viscosity reduction during processing that improves flow. It has been shown to improve the blending of TPO compounds, filled polymer systems and flame retardant formulations. ULTRA-PLAST™ TP10 can be used at low dosage levels which is 0.5% to 1.0% and does not cause blooming. It is soluble in aromatic, aliphatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons. Can be stored for at least 2 years under normal conditions. ULTRA-PLAST™ TP07 by Performance additives is an ethylene-bis-stearamide grade. It works effectively as an internal/external lubricant in most plastics and WPC
composites.</br>

ULTRA-PLAST™ TP09 works effectively as an antiblocking agent in Polyethylene/Polypropylene films. It improves the film clarity and shows synergistic effects with inorganic antiblock agents.
ULTRA-PLAST™ TP09 can also be used to regulate the cell size in PE foams.
It also shows good effects in mould release and surface finish. Reduction of surface friction can also be observed. Unsaturated primary amide of oleic acid. Used as a slip agent in PE-films. Offers improved mold release and surface appearance. Ultra-Plast™ WF 110 is a blend of esters and amides of fatty acids. Used as an internal/external lubricant for wood plastic composites. Suitable for use in high temperature mixing. Its viscosity behavior
under elevated temperatures provides optimized lubrication at different temperature profiles. ULTRA-PLAST™ WF 110 contains no metal ions, hence it can be used together with coupling agents. Recommended dosage is 1-4%. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
