ULTRA-FLOW™ ZEH DL

ULTRA-FLOW™ ZEH DL by Performance additives is a dust free powder form of zinc 2-ethylhexanoate. It is an effective activator for sulphur curing systems of NR. It can partially or completely replace stearic acid and helps in reducing stress relaxation and creep of NR vulcanizates. It an also improve the reversion resistance of NR compounds as well as compression set of NR vulcanizates. Recommended dosage for ULTRA-FLOW™ ZEH DL is 2.5 to 5 phr. Can be stored for at least 2 years under normal conditions.

ULTRA-FLOW™ 700S

ULTRA-FLOW™ 700 S by Performance additives is a blend of zinc soaps of unsaturated, high molecular weight fatty acids and their esters. It is a very effective dispersing aid for white fillers.</br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is particularly effective in highly loaded silica compounds.</li> <li>If applied at the recommended dosage which is 1-3 phr then it does not bloom from vulcanizates due to its high solubility level.</li> <li>In the presence of silane coupling agents, ULTRA-FLOW™ 700 S should be added after the silanization process is completed.</li> <li>Can be stored for at least 2 years under normal conditions.</li></ul>

ULTRA-FLOW™ 800

ULTRA-FLOW™ 800 by Performance additives is a blend of calcium soaps of unsaturated, high molecular weight fatty acids and their esters. It is a very effective dispersing aid for white fillers. It is particularly effective in highly loaded silica compounds. If applied at the recommended dosage which is 2 to 5 phr then it does not bloom from vulcanisates due to its high solubility level. In the presence of silane coupling agents, ULTRA-FLOW™ 800 should be added after the silanisation process is completed. Can be stored for at least 2 years under normal conditions.

It can be applied in mastication only as well as in the pre-mastication phase of single stage mixing. If applied at the recommended dosage which is 1 to 5 phr then it does not bloom from the vulcanisates. ULTRA-FLOW™ 600 T is compatible with most types of elastomers, except for halogenated polymers It facilitates as a general purpose additive mixing and processing as well as improves the incorporation of compounding ingredients. Can be stored for at least 2 years under normal conditions.

ULTRA-FLOW™ 440

ULTRA-FLOW™ 440 by Performance additives is a reacted blend of fatty acid derivatives (metal soaps). It has an activating effect on curing and allows for reduced stearic acid levels. It is a processing additive for application in natural and synthetic rubber. Due to its unique composition, it provides excellent improvement of processing properties for a broad range of elastomers of high and low polarity. It improves filler dispersion, in particular silica and other mineral fillers. Shows outstanding performance in extruded compounds, but also works well for transfer and injection molding. Complies with FDA 177.2600 and BfR XXI. Recommended dosage for ULTRA-FLOW™ 440 is 1 to 3 phr. Can be stored for at least 2 years under normal conditions.

The available double bonds in ULTRA-FLOW™ 500 stabilize free radical formation, thus improving reversion resistance and tear strength. If applied at the recommended dosage which is 2 to 5 phr then it does not bloom from vulcanisates due to its high solubility level. As a process additive for solution SBR, it reduces compound viscosity and increases flow as well as reversion resistance. Can be stored for at least 2 years under normal conditions.

ULTRA-FLOW™ 550

ULTRA-FLOW™ 550 by Performance additives is a zinc soaps of unsaturated, high molecular weight fatty acids. It is a very effective material for the physical peptisation of NR. It can be applied in mastication only, as well as in the pre-mastication phase of single stage mixing. The available double bonds in ULTRA-FLOW™ 550 stabilizes free radical formation, thus improving reversion resistance and tear strength. If applied at the recommended dosage which is 2 to 5 phr then it does not bloom from vulcanisates due to its high solubility level. It begins to melt at lower temperatures and is therefore suitable for mixing temperatures around 80°C. As a process additive for solution SBR it will reduce compound viscosity as well as increase flow and reversion resistance. Can be stored for at least 2 years under normal conditions.
