ULTRA-PLAST™ WF 103

ULTRA-PLAST™ WF 103 by Performance additives is a mixture of fatty acid esters and amides. Acts as a high performance processing additive which enhances polymer/filler interactions in most polymer systems. It also helps promote fiber dispersion in all wood filled composites. When used in rubbers, it is effective in increasing flow and release properties as well as promoting overall processability. Compatible with PE, PP, PVC, PS and ABS systems. Since it is metal free, ULTRA-PLAST™ WF 103 is suitable in systems where coupling agents are present. Recommended dosage for WPC compounds is 2–5% while 2-3 phr for rubber compounds. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
