Performance Additives was founded in 1999 as part of Behn Meyer Group and operates production facilities in Malaysia, Italy, and until early 2024, the United States. It remains a specialty chemicals producer with a customer oriented R&D focus in the polymer processing space. Its polymer additive technologies include processing aids for improved flow, lubricants for smoother extrusion, dispersing agents for uniform pigment distribution, slip and anti-block additives for better surface properties, thermal stabilizers for heat protection, and rubber accelerators for optimized compounding.
