ULTRA-PLAST™ TP01 by Performance additives is a mixture of fatty acid soaps and amides. Acts as a coupling agent between polymer and filler. Also acts as blending and dispersing agent in highly filled systems, leading to a more homogenous initial mix.
- It is also an effective lubricant for PVC, PS, ABS and several TPO systems.
- Used in highly filled TPE and TPO compounds, filled olefins, flame retarded systems and color concentrates.
- In addition, it can be used in unfilled polymers where reduced viscosity and improved flow under processing conditions are desired.
- Recommended dosage of ULTRA-PLAST™ TP01 is 0.25–1.00%.
- It has a shelf life of 2 years.
