It helps to minimize the build-up of plateout in the die and calibrator and promote a high level of gloss on the extruded profile. It is used for processing by injection molding of fittings and extrusion of profiles, sidings, opaque films, sheets & pipes. It is recommended in PVC formulations for outdoor applications. PARALOID™ KM-370 Impact Modifier has a shelf life of 3 years. PARALOID™ EXL-2300 Impact Modifier by Dow is a general purpose, UV and heat resistant impact modifier. It is an all-acrylic core/shell based on butyl-acrylate rubber. It provides high impact strength at temperatures as low as -10°C. It possesses good heat & UV stability, excellent weatherability and good thermal and oxidative stability.<br>

This product provides fast fusion which contributes to high output production. PARALOID™ BTA-731 Impact Modifier exhibits excellent clarity and impact strength. It shows low effect on modulus and heat distortion temperature. It is used in non-weatherable PVC and high impact transparent film/sheet & container applications. PARALOID™ EXL-2388 Impact Modifier by Dow is a general purpose all acrylic core-shell impact modifier. It provides an excellent balance of impact resistance and modulus retention in a variety of engineering resins. The improvement in impact performance is obtained with only minor effect on other mechanical properties, such as heat distortion temperature, and with no adverse effect on weatherability. This cross-linked poly (butyl acrylate) core with a grafted poly-methyl methacrylate shell allows the product to disperse as discrete particles in the matrix. PARALOID™ EXL-2388 Impact Modifier is suitable for extrusion, injection molding, blow molding and thermoforming. It is used in polycarbonate (PC), polyesters (PET, PBT), blends of these thermoplastics and glass fiber reinforced systems. PARALOID™ EXL-3361 Impact Modifier by Dow is an UV and heat resistant butyl acrylate-based impact modifier. It offers homogenous and equal color to the final product and improves heat stability. This product provides increased thermal stability and improved colorability to PC, PBT, and PC blends such as PC/ABS, PC/PET, and PC/PBT. It greatly increases toughness. PARALOID™ EXL-3361 Impact Modifier provides good retention of part rigidity, excellent room temperature impact, excellent weatherability and good low-temperature impact performance. This product exhibits excellent dispersion, good melt flow retention and excellent processing stability. It enhances thermal stability, due to added antioxidant package. This product is suitable for injection & blow molding, extrusion and thermoforming. Recommended for durable goods, automotive & transportation applications, appliances & electronics, automotive parts (under the hood) and sporting & leisure equipments. PARALOID™ EXL-3808 by Dow is maleic anhydride grafted (MAH) polyolefin-based impact modifier. It is a low crystallinity ethylene-octene copolymer functionalized with maleic anhydride (MAH) by reactive extrusion. It displays excellent compatibility and bonding with polyamide matrices. Its low T<sub>g</sub>, below –50°C, ensures outstanding performance at low temperatures. The fully saturated backbone of PARALOID™ EXL-3808 results in good thermal and oxidative stability yielding excellent weatherability.
