DOWSIL™ Z-6121 Silane

DOWSIL™ Z-6121 Silane by Dow is a multi-purpose adhesion promoter and curing agent. It is aminoethylaminopropyltrimethoxysilane, 50% active in n-butanol/methanol. It is effective over a wide range of concentrations and eliminates the oven cure normally required to develop optimum properties. It improves adhesion and salt-spray resistance of epoxy coatings and adhesion of alkyd finishes to glass. It is suitable for polyamide, polyimide, styrenic resin and urethane. The shelf life of DOWSIL™ Z-6121 Silane is 36 months.

DOWSIL™ 5-1050 Polymer Processing Aid by Dow is a polymer processing aid. It is a polyethylene masterbatch for use in variety of extrusion applications. VORASURF™ DC 5951LV Additive by Dow is a high efficiency, low cyclics, low volatile silicone surfactant. It is primarily aimed at EO-rich polyol-based MDI/TDI systems also known as supersoft systems. Offers enhanced control of flexible foam physical properties. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Suitable for low- to medium-density conventional foams produced using a wide range of auxiliary blowing agents such as carbon dioxide, acetone, or vacuum. </li> <li>Designed for the production of flexible slabstock polyurethane and MDI viscoelastic foam. </li> <li>VORASURF™ DC 5951LV Additive is used in bedding and furniture foam. </li> <li>Recommended dosage level is 1 pphp for conventional foam and 1-2 pphp for TDI/MDI. </li> <li>It has a shelf life of 18 months.</li></ul>
