XIAMETER™ MEM-0075 Emulsion by Dow is methylhydrogenpolysiloxane-based water repellent. This cost-effective reactive silicone emulsion offers good abrasion resistance, tear strength and good & water water repellency. It evolves hydrogen when mixed with bases, heavy metals or their compounds. XIAMETER™ MEM-0075 Emulsion is diluted with water to improve dispersion. It is used in treatment for powders and granular materials to reduce caking. Also, used in all types of woven, knit and nonwoven fabrics. The shelf life of this product is 450 days. XIAMETER™ ACP-0100 Antifoam Compound by Dow is a high efficiency antifoaming agent and defoamer. This 100% active silicone antifoam compound is stable and effective over wide pH range (pH 1–14). It contains a suspension of finely powdered silica to enhance its defoaming efficiency. XIAMETER™ ACP-0100 Antifoam Compound shows persistent foam control. It is easy to formulate into antifoam emulsions or dispersions. This product is efficient in aqueous and non-aqueous foaming systems. It is effective at high pH, high temperature, low pH and optimum knockdown. It is suitable for epoxy resins and glycol scrubbing. The shelf life of this product is 360 months. XIAMETER™ OFS-6011 Silane by Dow is a high purity, aminopropyltriethoxysilane-based coupling agent and improves adhesion. It increases composite wet & dry tensile strength and modulus. Also, increases composite wet & dry flexural strength and modulus. And, increases wet & dry compressive strength and transparency of fiberglass composites. XIAMETER™ OFS-6011 Silane improves adhesion of many plastics, resins & elastomers to inorganic materials and surfaces. Also, improves the properties of mineral filled rubber and additive for foundry resins. Recommended for fiberglass-reinforced phenolic, melamine and epoxy thermoset composites. The shelf life of this product is 360 days. XIAMETER™ OFS-6518 Silane by Dow is vinyltriethoxysilane-based coupling and cross-linking agent. It is reactive in free radical and hydrosilation chemistry. This product forms siloxane crosslinks via moisture cure and bonds with inorganic surfaces through alkoxysilane groups. XIAMETER™ OFS-6518 Silane provides coupling between inorganic surfaces (such as clay, glass), organic rubber and plastic. It provides moisture cross-linking sites when grafted into polyethylene polymer backbone. It is used in filled rubber compounds, reinforced/filled plastics and reactant in siloxane polymer synthesis. The shelf life of this product is 36 months. XIAMETER™ OFS-6030 Silane by Dow is a high purity, methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane-based coupling agent. It improves adhesion of organic resins to inorganic surfaces and chemical bonding. This product increases composite tensile & flexural strength (both dry and wet) and transparency of polyester fiberglass composites. XIAMETER™ OFS-6030 Silane improves adhesion of free radical cured resins, such as polyester, to inorganic surfaces, including fiberglass, clay, quartz, and other siliceous materials. It increases dry and wet flexural compressive strength of the composite. It is used as a resin additive in mineral-reinforced polyester resin. It possesses both organic and inorganic reactivity, reacting with organic thermoset resins as well as inorganic minerals such as glass and silica. XIAMETER™ PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 50 cSt by Dow is a non-toxic polydimethylsiloxane polymer-based elastomer, plastics lubricant, mold release- and surface active agent. XIAMETER™ OFS-2306 Silane is used in commercial buildings, parking decks/garages, highways and bridge structures. The shelf life of this product is 1080 days. XIAMETER™ PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 30,000 cSt by Dow is linear polydimethylsiloxane polymer-based mold release agent, elastomer & plastics lubricant and surface active agent. It possesses low pour point, vapor pressure, surface energy, high gloss intensity and good abrasion resistance. This thermally stable & essentially inert product offers ease of application, rubout & buffing, fungi- & bacteria resistance and high compressibility. XIAMETER™ PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 30,000 cSt displays high shearability without breakdown, gloss intensity and high damping action. It enhances color & reduces surface tension. This essentially colorless, tasteless & non-toxic product provides low environmental & fire hazard, low reactivity and water repellent properties. For industrial applications, it offers oxidation-, chemical- and weather-resistance and excellent release, dielectric & antifoam properties. It is used in a variety of automotive, furniture and metal applications. Also, used as a foam control agent for petroleum production and refinery operations. XIAMETER™ OFS-6106 Silane by Dow is a coupling agent and adhesion promoter for plastics. It provides coupling of inorganic materials, such as glass and metals, to many organic polymers and engineering plastics such as epoxies, urethanes, acrylics, polysulfones, polyphenylene sulfides, melamines, polyimides, polycarbonates and thermoplastic polyesters. This product improves adhesion of polymers such as ethylene vinylacetate and PBT to other polymer surfaces, such as rubber, wood and fluoropolymers. The shelf life of XIAMETER™ OFS-6106 Silane is 36 months. XIAMETER™ OFS-6925 Silane by Dow is disulfidosilane on carbon black-based coupling agent for silica filled rubber. This low scorch sulfur functional silane (versus TESPT type silanes) is reactive in sulfur-vulcanized rubber. This solid form facilitates easy handling and addition to mixing system. It provides compatibilization and coupling between inorganic fillers and organic rubber (e.g. silica and SBR). XIAMETER™ OFS-6925 Silane allows higher rubber processing temperatures without excessive scorch. It is used in inorganic fillers in organic rubber (such as silica in black rubber used in tire treads).
