ISONATE™ 125M by Dow is pure methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI). ISONATE™ 125M
is used in high-performance fibers, elastomers and TPUs. ISONATE™ 125MDR Pure MDI by Dow is a crystalline, pure MDI mixture composed of approximately 98 percent 4,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 2 percent 2,4’- diphenylmethane diisocyanate. This high purity, low acidity and reproducible reactivity product is a key ingredient in preparing prepolymers for polyurethane processing. ISONATE™ 125MDR Pure MDI is used in the manufacturing of thermoplastic polymers suitable for extrusion, injection molding or solution applications. It is used in fibers, automotive bumpers, fenders & fascia, integral-skin plastics, tires & wheels, industrial wheels, shoe soles, recreational & mechanical goods. ISONATE™ 143L Modified MDI by Dow is a low viscosity, polycarbodiimide-modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate. It offers extra flexibility because adduct formation is reversible (dissociation generates an additional isocyanate function). The carbodiimide linkage aids the stabilization of the polymer against hydrolytic degradation. It can be used alone or in mixtures with prepolymers. ISONATE™ 143L Modified MDI provides faster demold times. It allows ease of handling, ease of processing and maintenance of high physical properties under strenuous wear and environmental conditions. It is used in elastomers, automotive bumpers, fenders & fascia, integral-skin plastics, tires & wheels, industrial wheels , shoe soles and recreational & mechanical goods. ISONATE™ 240 MDI Prepolymer by Dow is a modified MDI compound. It is produced by reacting high purity diphenylmethane diisocyanate with a high molecular weight polyester polyol. ISONATE™ 240 MDI Prepolymer is formulated with conventional polyether or polyester polyols and short chain diols or triols to yield high physical property elastomers or microcellular foams via the cast, low pressure or RIM-dispensing processes. It is used in elastomers, cast elastomers , tires & wheels, shoe soles and mechanical goods. ISONATE™ 181 MDI Prepolymer by Dow is a modified MDI compound. It is produced by reacting high purity diphenylmethane diisocyanate with sufficient glycol to allow easy handling down to 27°C. This medium-viscosity, supercooled liquid provides more rapid compatibility between isocyanates and polyols, which increases the effectiveness of catalysts present and usually results in a more easily controlled polymer reaction. ISONATE™ 181 MDI Prepolymer is used in sporting equipment, shoe soles, automobile bumpers & fenders fascia, tires & wheels and cast elastomers. ISONATE™ 50 OP by Dow is pure methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) with 50% 2,4-MDI. ISONATE™ 50 OP is used in the manufacturing of low-viscosity prepolymers. ISONATE™ 143LM by Dow is carbodiimide modified MDI with higher 4,4-MDI content. ISONATE™ 143LM is suitable for carpet underlayment and shoe soles. ISONATE™ 181 by Dow is modified MDI compound-based heat stabilizer. It provides more rapid compatibility between isocyanates and polyols. ISONATE™ 181 is used for sporting equipment, shoe soles, automotive bumpers, fenders, fascia, tires & wheels and cast elastomers..
