ISONATE™ 125MDR Pure MDI by Dow is a crystalline, pure MDI mixture composed of approximately 98 percent 4,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 2 percent 2,4’- diphenylmethane diisocyanate. This high purity, low acidity and reproducible reactivity product is a key ingredient in preparing prepolymers for polyurethane processing. ISONATE™ 125MDR Pure MDI is used in the manufacturing of thermoplastic polymers suitable for extrusion, injection molding or solution applications. It is used in fibers, automotive bumpers, fenders & fascia, integral-skin plastics, tires & wheels, industrial wheels, shoe soles, recreational & mechanical goods.
