Halogenated polyether fatty acid ester. Acts as a high molecular weight plasticizer. It is generated from the ester exchange reaction as well as halogenating reaction of the natural oils and alcohol. Is an ideal new multi-functional plasticizer which can completely replace the chloroparaffin and phosphoric acid esters plasticizer.
