LOWINOX® CPL stabilizer distributed by DKSH is highly effective polymeric, phenolic antioxidant. It can be used for the stabilization of natural rubber, latex, SBR, caboxylated SBR lattices, ABS, ASA, MBS, SBS, SIS, CR, NBR and BR.

• It possesses non-discoloring and non-staining properties with high activity and low volatility.
• It is highly recommended for the protection of isoprene and butadiene-based polymers.
• It is used in rubber threads and latex for carpet blocking and foams as it is highly resistant to extraction by washing and boiling.

BRUGGOLEN® H161 by Brüggemann is a synergistic mixture of sterically hindered phenolic antioxidants and phosphonates in powder form. Acts as a non-discoloring antioxidant and heat stabilizer. Provides excellent protection against embrittlement and premature fatigue of the mechanical properties of the finished parts under long term stress, both in unreinforced and glass-fiber reinforced or mineral-filled polymers. Offers long term heat stability in applications up to 150°C, efficient process stabilization against yellowing and degradation, low volatility during processing, excellent compatibility, low extractability, high efficiency especially in glass-fiber reinforced or mineral-filled polyamides, complete dispersion, giving clear transparent films and fibers, no deposits (‘plate-out’) in fiber spinning. BRUGGOLEN® H161 is compatible with polyamides (PA6, PA6.6, PA11, PA12, PA copolymers), but also in other thermoplastics such as polyesters (PET, PBT), polycarbonates (PC) and their blends, styrenics (PS, ABS, SAN) and polypropylene (PP). It can be processed using extrusion, injection molding and dry-blending. Recommended dosage is about 0.2-1.0%, depending on the polymer and the desired properties of the finished parts. It has a shelf life of at least 12 months.

PUREsorb 944 distributed by DKSH is a high molecular weight, oligomeric hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS). It is highly effective as a long-term thermal stabilizer in thin and thick articles.

• It exhibits excellent compatibility, high resistance to extraction and low volatility.
• It provides excellent light stability to thin articles, particularly fibers and films as well as polyethylene-based thick cross sections articles.
• It is recommended for indirect food contact applications.
• PUREsorb 944 is suitable for polyolefins (PP, PE), olefin copolymers such as EVA as well as blends of polypropylene with elastomers.
• It is also used in polyacetals, polyamides, polyurethanes, flexible and rigid PVC, as well as PVC blends and in certain styrenic elastomer.
• It is available in USA and India.

VALPOL GP-4350 by Greenchemicals acts as a processing-aid, dispersing agent and surface slippery promoter. It is a general-purpose additive designed for technopolymers, including high-temperature processing polymers such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), polysulfones, and polyether ether ketone (PEEK).

• It reduces the viscosity during melting while maintaining intrinsic viscosity, leading to lower processing temperatures (by 35-40°C), which extends the thermal lifespan of polymers, particularly those sensitive to heat like POM and wood-plastic composites.
• It avoids the extrusion "empties", problem that often occurs specially extruding polymers with different or "disordered" viscosities (in the fibers extrusion the phenomenon induces breakages).
• It enhances extrusion efficiency, preventing extrusion voids and improving polymer intermeshing in blends like acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS)/polycarbonate (PC), polycarbonate (PC)/polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), and polystyrene (PS)/polyethylene (PE).
• VALPOL GP-4350 also facilitates better pigment, filler, and glass fiber dispersion, improves mold release, reduces cycle times, and minimizes surface friction and wear on extruder components, particularly in glass fiber-reinforced polymers.
• Recommended dosage level is 0.25-1%.
• Higher dosage of up to 1.5-2.0% can be used without affecting the printability, weldability, or sealability of the polymers.

Raven UV Ultra by Birla Carbon is a high performance carbon black designed for UV protection in plastics applications. It exhibits high coefficient of absorption, low heavy metal content, low moisture absorption and easy dispersibility. This product offers longer screenlife, smooth surface finish and improves mechanical durability. It displays high level of purity & consistency and extremely low physical impurities. It provides excellent chemical cleanliness. Raven UV Ultra is recommended for cable jacketing, geomembranes & films, and fiber applications. It complies with the (EU) No. 10/2011 regulation.

Raven 1300 Ultra by Birla Carbon is a high performance carbon black grade with a blue undertone. Provides easy dispersibility, excellent color strength, superior jetness, consistent compound viscosity and easy processing properties to enhance texturing. Offers excellent physical cleanliness, low delta P & FPV, low moisture pick-up and minimal yarn breaks. Raven 1300 Ultra is used in fine-denier synthetic PET, PBT, PA & PP fibers and staple fibers. It is also designed for textile and industry filament yarns.

Light Stabilizer 119 distributed by DKSH is a high molecular weight, non-polymeric hindered amine light stabilizer. It offers excellent thermal stability, low volatility, migration- and high-temperature resistance.

• It can perform well even in a weakly acidic environment.
• It decreases the interaction with agrochemicals, fillers, pigments and other additives.
• Suitable for use in polyethylene greenhouse film applications, polypropylene fibers, PP filled with talcum powder, TPO automotive parts.
• Light Stabilizer 119 is also suitable for PE, POE, EVA, PS, ABS, EPDM, PVC, PU, PA, POM, PBT, PET and PMMA applications.

Raven 1190 Ultra by Birla Carbon is a specialty carbon black. Offers improved dispersion, increased compatibility and better processing. Provides longer screen life, enhanced color development and reduced scrap. It is suitable for use in thermosets or thermoplastics for improving color, tint or functional characteristics. Raven 1190 Ultra is recommended for fiber applications.

Raven P5 Ultra by Birla Carbon is a high performance carbon black designed for plastic applications. Exhibits easy dispersibility, low heavy metal content, low moisture pick-up and high purity.
