PowCarbon® 2410G distributed by DKSH is a general-purpose quality carbon black pigment. It is suitable for plastic, leather and cable applications. It is available in Denmark, Sweden, Iceland, Latvia, Finland, Norway, Estonia, Lithuania, Spain and Portugal.

PowCarbon® 3200F distributed by DKSH is an economical normal quality carbon black powder. It is available in Denmark, Sweden, Iceland, Latvia, Finland, Norway, Estonia and Lithuania. PowCarbon® 3200F is well used in cables.

A-C® 6A distributed by DKSH is low density polyethylene homopolymer. Acts as a dispersing agent in color masterbatch applications. It is also used as a gellant for hydrocarbon oils, a paraffin crystal nucleator in wax blends such as candles, and a viscosity diluent in HMAs.

• Used in cable flooding compounds, along with polybutene.
• A-C® 6A is available in Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, Philippines and Malaysia.

SILMAPROCESS AL2660 by Silma is a highly concentrated masterbatch of super-high molecular weight functionalized polysiloxane, finely and synergistically dispersed on LLDPE carrier.

• It is used in halogen-free compounds as a processing aid, improving viscosity and homogeneity.
• It acts as a flame-retardant synergist (L.O.I.) and smoke suppressant, while also eliminating surface defects and die drool.
• It works as a slipping agent, external lubricant, and releasing agent during cable extrusion.
• It improves mechanical properties and surface quality of the finished goods.
• It reduces melt viscosity during compounding, enhancing throughput, stability, compound homogeneity.
• SILMAPROCESS AL2660 reduces THR (Total Heat Release) and PHRR (Peak Heat Release Rate) in halogen-free compounds and serves as a scratch and abrasion resistance enhancer in polyolefin and rubber compounds.
• The recommended dosage for the processing aid is 0.5-1%, while for extrusion or injection molding processes is 0.5-5%.
• It has a shelf life of one year.

Casilane HP-669 by Thomas Swan is a sulphur silane coupling agent. It acts as a chemical intermediate and crosslinking agent. It also acts as a vulcanizing agent and activator in the rubber industry due to the presence of four sulphur atoms in its structure.

• It enhances performance by incorporating fillers like silica, fiberglass, talc, mica, and clay, boosting filler–rubber interaction to increase abrasion resistance and overall durability.
• It is suitable for use in NR, IR, SBR, BR, NBR, and EPDM rubber compounds.
• It features poly-sulphidic alkyl structures that align with sulphur deoxidation rates, resisting oxidative degradation while improving heat resistance and crack fatigue performance.
• It reduces puncture risk, rolling resistance, fuel consumption, and carbon-dioxide emissions, supporting carbon reduction efforts and ensuring environmental compliance.
• It acts as a reinforcing agent, enhancing filler performance and significantly improving rubber’s abrasion resistance.
• Casilane HP-669 boosts cut and pressure resistance while reducing hysteresis loss and moisture absorption, thereby enhancing mechanical strength, adhesion, thermal aging resistance, modulus, and flex life.
• It strengthens the bond between substrates and adhesives or coatings, resulting in products that are more durable, reliable, and long-lasting.
• It enhances mechanical properties like tensile strength, modulus, and elongation, making materials tougher, more flexible, and resilient.
• It improves chemical resistance, increasing stability, consistency, and product lifespan.
• It is used in the manufacturing of tires, hoses, rollers, belts, cables, footwear, and molded rubber parts.
• Recommended dosage is 1.0-4.0 PHR.
• It has a shelf life of over 2 years.

Raven UV Ultra by Birla Carbon is a high performance carbon black designed for UV protection in plastics applications. It exhibits high coefficient of absorption, low heavy metal content, low moisture absorption and easy dispersibility. This product offers longer screenlife, smooth surface finish and improves mechanical durability. It displays high level of purity & consistency and extremely low physical impurities. It provides excellent chemical cleanliness. Raven UV Ultra is recommended for cable jacketing, geomembranes & films, and fiber applications. It complies with the (EU) No. 10/2011 regulation.

SILMALINK AR1025 by Silma is a solvent-free, liquid reactive bi-functional polysiloxane used as an additive for HFFR thermoplastic olefins (EVA, LDPE, LLDPE) and peroxide-cured EVA or rubber compounds.

• It is suitable as a processing aid in high-loading MDH/ATH HFFR cable compounds, helping reduce die drool and energy consumption.
• It improves flame retardant properties such as char formation, heat and smoke release, and limiting oxygen index (L.O.I.).
• SILMALINK AR1025 reacts directly with fillers, enhancing compatibility with thermoplastic resins or rubber, providing lubrication and improved surface properties.
• It can also be used in XLPE as a silane synergist without affecting mechanical properties.
• The recommended dosage level is 0.5-3%.
• It has a shelf life of 1 year.

Conductex SC Ultra Beads by Birla Carbon is a conductive carbon black. Offers improved dispersion, increased compatibility and better processing. Provides longer screen life, enhanced color development and reduced scrap. It is suitable for use in thermosets or thermoplastics for improving color, tint or functional characteristics. Conductex SC Ultra Beads is recommended for wire and cable, electrostatic discharge, and other conductive applications.

SILMAFLAME AV2565 by Silma is a highly concentrated, synergistic anti-dripping agent, especially designed to be used in halogen-free, flame retardant compounds.

• It is compatible with additives like color masterbatches, crosslinking catalysts, maleic and silane coupling agents, UV-stabilizers and peroxides.
• It is designed to improve the performance of compounds in cables during EN 50399 fire test for CPR (Construction Production Regulation).
• SILMAFLAME AV2565 reduces dripping without affecting neither mechanical properties nor electrical properties.
• It is also suitable for ATH and MDH filled PE, EVA and rubber compounds designed for cable applications.
• The recommended dosage level is 2-6% in insulation and sheathing compounds.
• It has a shelf life of one year.

Conductex 7054 Ultra by Birla Carbon is a conductive carbon black. It provides superior physical & chemical cleanliness for power cable applications. It offers easy dispersibility, superior surface smoothness, excellent strippability and good processability. It allows very low extractable ion concentrations and optimized conductive performance. Conductex 7054 Ultra is suitable for medium voltage insulation shield compounds and electrostatic dissipation applications.
